One of the most famous hard gun cases in Evanston, Wyoming was that of Lula Mae Fleming. Fleming was a woman who owned and operated a Guns & Ammo store on Elmira Avenue in Evanston. However, because Laramie District was more populous than any other district within Sheridan County - even though it did not include Evanston -evanSTON's status changed from village to borough during Borough Forming Period 1/1/1925 through 1/1/1926 when all villages were combined into one borough under new law which allowed for consolidation of villages having less than 1000 residents into larger municipalities for economic reasons only; however no such action was taken by EvanSTON during this time frame according to history books On 3/1/1991 Sioux Falls Incorporated entered into an Agreement with Cheney Oil Corporation dated 3/1/1991 entitled "An Agreement between Sioux Falls Incorporated and Cheney Oil Corporation Regarding Gas Pipelines" pursuant to which Sioux Falls Incorporated will sell natural gas located along unnamed pipeline route CRNX situated west side of town lot line extending northeasterly 2 miles eastward from street corner Ponderosa Avenue northwesterly 2 miles southwesterly from said street corner subject to easement arrangement between said companies

After the war ended, Evanston declined again until it regained some prominence as an educational center in the early 21st century. Today, Evanton is home to many high-tech companies and several universities including Northwestern University and DePaul University.
