  1. Can you ship to PO / APO / FPO Boxes?

    We currently can only deliver to US physical addresses, no PO / APO / or FPO boxes.

  2. What is your return policy?

    We want to be sure you are happy with your purchase!  If the item is unused, unopened, or uninstalled and includes all original packaging / contents, we can take it back no problem.  Contact Us for a RMA number and the address to ship the item back to.

    If the item is defective or we sent you the wrong item, we will waive the restocking fee, just contact us.

    We can only process items that were purchased from us 30 days or less.  Please include your order number and the issue when contacting us so we can process your RMA quickly.

    We charge a 15% restocking fee.  We will credit the payment method your originally used in most cases.  If the item returned is not re-sellable as new, we reserve the right to offer store credit.

    Restrictions

    We cannot accept returns on the following items:

    Ammunition, Firearms, Batteries, Hearing Protection, Mace, Tasers, used/installed items, items without original packaging or not in resalable condition.

  3. Can I do an exchange?

    We currently do not do straight exchanges, but you can return the item and place a new order for the item you wish to replace it.

  5. Do you charges sales tax?

    We only charge sales tax to orders shipped to Colorado - we use a 3rd party fulfillment center in Texas and since we do not own it - no Texas sales tax!

  6. Do you do FFL firearm transfers?

    We no longer do transfers.  We have partnered with our friends at Family Firearms Sales to handle any local pickup of firearms and transfers.  You can find them at www.FFSales.com

  7. How do I cancel an order? Cancellation Policy.

    If you need to cancel an order - please message us asap asking to cancel and the reason for cancellation. Many times if the request is after hours or 30 minutes after an order, the 24/7 warehouse has already packed the order and it will not be elligible to cancel. If we can cancel, we will let you know. There will be a 10% processing charge on the order subtotal to catch and stop and order. We have to charge this because it takes time and manpower to stop an order and process a refund, etc. Please be sure you place orders you are fully able to accept to avoid this fee.
