Weston, Wisconsin is a town in Green Bay County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 5,711 at the 2010 census. It is part of the West Bend–Racine metropolitan area. The name Weston comes from Old English weston meaning "settlement." The first settler in Weston was John Weston who arrived in 1838. He and his wife Mary founded a log cabin on the current site of the town in 1839. In 1863, Isaac Winchester bought land adjacent to present-day Weston and began to build a small log school house and store. By 1870, he had erected a large sawmill on the river near present-day downtown Weston. In 1874, he donated land for a grist mill which became known as the "Weston Mill". The town of Weston was established around this mill. In 1865, John Dickey settled in what is today southwest corner of Main Street and State Highway 7 with his family after migrating from Ireland. He founded what is now northwest corner of Main Street and State Highway 8 where he built a house and started an agriculture business that would become one of the largest employers in town until it closed its doors in 1911. John Dickey also served as president of Green Bay Township through 1912 when it merged into Racine County; he remained president until 1918 when township office moved to Racine then back to Green Bay before becoming defunct again during World War II due to lack of resources local farmers could bring into production wartime). Dickey's residence still stands on state highway 7 north side of village square (now home to South High School)

Its downtown has become known as an architectural oasis with classic architecture dating back to when it was founded as a village and later incorporated into the larger city of Milwaukee. There are also several historical museums located throughout Weston including:the Hamburg American Reformed Church which dates back to 1847;the Northwestern Glass Company Museum which opened in 1903;the John Cushman Mansion which is home to one ofWisconsin's only original Tiffany lamps;and the Municipal Building which was built in 1915 on land donated by Amos Sibal). This legacy includes many classic cars such as Porsches, Rolls-Royces, etc., along with some more recent additions like a restored 1922 Model T Ford that runs on biodiesel fuel! Weston also features two annual events called "The Harvest Festival" and "Festival on the Green". These events bring together local farmers from around town for music, food demos, market stalls, etc., while also giving residents opportunity to get involved through arts & crafts booths or other activities specific to their interests.
