Tasers, also known as stun guns, have been used by law enforcement officers in the United States since the early 20th century. In Waukesha County, Wisconsin, they were first used in police interrogations and as a form of control in the 1970s. They became more common in the 1990s when they became an option for use with dangerous individuals such as parolees and those with mental illness. These devices were The first Stun Guns were made from 1892-1894 by John Pemberton who patented them under his name. He designed a gun that could discharge sparks instead of current which allowed it to stun people without causing any damage or injury. In 1895 Jens Nielsen patented an electric Stun Gun which he named "Deer Rifle". However, this device was not successful and was eventually scrapped. In 1916 Dr George Sperry filed a US Patent for an Electric Stun Gun which he named "Gunslinger" after himself and his cowpuncher friend Frank Butler who had helped him design it. This device worked much like the earlier devices but did not spark because it possessed no battery power; it relied on electricity being delivered through wire from an attached generator to stun someone. It was not until 1949 that another electric Stun Gun was developed by Dr Robert Haggard which he called the G-Shock Pistol; this weapon consisted of two powerful electrodes that could be placed over either eye sockets to incapacitate someone until help arrived or they could be Stringed together along one arm so that they would fall asleep (This weapon is still being manufactured today). Although these devices may have been effective at stunning suspects during interrogations or using control techniques during riots or civil unrest, their introduction into mainstream society caused problems because many people found them intimidating and potentially dangerous due to their electronic Components – particularly if these components were located near our eyesight while we were tryingto understand what was happening around us! Although most people found these firearmsomehow safe when operating them within reasonable limits (such as warning others before firing), there were reports of injuries (particularly permanent blindness) caused by contact with these weapons even though users remained aware of their surroundings at all times! Consequently, taser deployment began slowly across Western Canada beginning in earnest in 1978 with Vancouver Police Department having access to them only after asking for approval from Canadian courts – following complaints from other jurisdictions across North America about potential dangers posed by Staples model 3 discsords discharged suddenly into crowds!). [Today] most law enforcement agencies worldwide continue to deploy taser weaponry both on duty & off Duty…..

Waukesha is a city in the Milwaukee metropolitan area, located on the north side of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. The population was estimated to be 71,824 at the 2010 census.
