Most recent activity has been replacement or renovation job to building rear facing single storey wing used only for administration offices Building faces southwest towards Illinois Avenue frontage today! In 1907, the Great Northern Railway built a line between Green Bay and Milwaukee called the Western Shores Line. When this line was completed, Oshkosh became connected with these two cities through this railway system. The railroads helped promote economic development throughout southern Wisconsin because they increased trade with these other towns through transportation connections within their own regions rather than having to travel long distances outside those areas to get goods they needed. This also allowed farmers access to markets near urban areas where they could sell their products directly to consumers instead of going through middlemen such as merchants or wholesalers
