A live round is fired by virtue of being struck by an event within range that triggers release of gas from its cartridge case; this causes projectile impact against some sort of barrier (usually metal), detonating it within range and causing ballistic expansion resulting in damage or death to either person or animal nearby if unoccupied. Decoy rounds are created when explosive powder is placed under cover so only those who are specifically authorized to shoot at it will see its effects; once fired they slowly drift away until impacted by something else, usually another living object such as a rock, tree branch etc., releasing all their gas which then explodes killing everyone nearby instantly should anyone have been foolish enough to approach!

Mequon is a town in Mequon County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 1,817 at the 2010 census. The first post office in Mequon was established on July 6, 1855. Mequon is named for John Meeker, who donated land to the town site. The town of Mequon was organized on November 3, 1857 and named for John Meker. The first settler in the present-day village of Mequon was Levi Weeks. He built a cabin on the east side of the river near what is now Elm Street and Main Avenue. Weeks also founded the village of Dellsville about a mile west of Mequetown. In 1870, three brothers - George Aiken (1850-1924), Julius Pohl (1851-1927) and William Haines (1856-1935) - opened a general store in what is now downtown Mequetown with $5 worth of goods per week from tenant farmers around their farmsteads along Cedar Road southwest of town center. In 1871 they sold out their business to Asa Alger who had come overland through Canada from Duluth with his family and started an agricultural store called Alger's Trading Post at what is now North Main Street and Second Avenue in downtown Mequetown. That same year, George Aiken married Sarah Alger and they operated their store together until 1880 when he became sole proprietor due to her death; he continued to operate it as an agricultural store until his death in 1924). A number of other small businesses were opened during this time including: Wm Fenton & Sons bakery (1890); Jno Kappenhoffer lithography shop (1900); Mrs Burch grocery store (1920); Mr Hirschman's furniture dealership(1930); butchers Schulz Bros.(1941), Dutch Bros.(1945), Goudreau Brothers Controls Inc.(1950). With American entry into World War II came increased manufacturing activity as local companies supplied goods needed by soldiers stationed throughout the war zone; however much activity stopped after 1945 due to lack of wartime production capabilities within Wisconsin’s agriculture industry overall. In 1957, after years of effort by members of the local community including Mayor Harry DeGroot and then-Town Administrator Virgil Bergerbachtetermeekloof – MEQUON TOWNSHIP COUNCIL formed with meetings held monthly – MEQUON its own government was created under Town Manager Virgil Bergerbachtetermeekloof with powers including meeting., voting., creating ordinances., budgets., approving contracts etc.. bourgeoning social activities such as dances given by women’s organizations were began which continue up until today albeit sometimes done more remotely thru internet or cell phone means.. governmental functions have included grain marketing/storage/transportation./farming./labor relations./police services/marketing communications/fire protection/road maintenance etc.. development over time has included new housing developments such as Home Place Estates(1973)), South End Terrace(1985)), Park Place(1991)), Prairie View Plaza(2005)). Which can be seen as evidence that while individual businesses may have closed or changed hands over time there has been steady growth and progressiveness throughoutMEQUON COMMUNITY
