Menasha is a town in Racine County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 7,846 at the 2010 census. Menasha is part of the Racine–Waukesha–West Allis Metropolitan Statistical Area. It lies on the Fox River and is home to the Menasha Arsenal ammunition plant. The town was platted in 1854 by George H. Menasha and others as a post office called "Mendota".
