Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3%of the population.

Today, Marshfield is located along US Highway 12 and its local streets are named for early settlers or members of the community: Adams Road (John Marsh), Bennet Road (James Boren), Cumberland Road (Alfred Junker), Easton Road (George Hintz), Farrington Road (Nathan Fenton) and Grandview Avenue (Alpheus Pyle).
