This merger resulted in several important developments for cannonball optoelectronics; firstly it allowed Cannonball Optics to become one of America’s largest producers of lasers pointer tubes (LPTs) which continues to play an important role within thisindustry today! Additionally, these developments allowed Cannonball Optics to develop some very innovative product innovations; such as their “pulse width modulation” or PWM technology which revolutionized laser pointer tubes throughout much of their product range! The first people to live in Wheeling were the Shawnee and Potawatomi Indians who lived on the Scioto River. After victory over Lopez de Santa Anna's forces at Palo Alto Hill, Stephensons post became known as "The Battle Holes". The site of today's downtown Wheeling was developed as a commercial center due to its location between the river and stagecoach routes running through Logan County and Ohio Valley counties. In 1826, Congress passed legislation authorizing westward expansion of the United States by establishing creek systems as dividing lines for new states and providing for Kansas to join Missouri before Wyoming could do so; this act created what is now Logan County. In 1827–28, George Washington Webb built a gristmill on what is now Front Street in downtown Wheeling which began operations that year. The millinery industry rapidly grew in wheeling due to innovations ushered in by Webb such as self-cleaning flour mills which replaced manual stirring required before grindingstones would fall into solution and form lumps during baking). By 1830,Wheeling had become one of America's leading flour towns with more than 100 mills employing over 1 million workers producing flour for all types of food products including breads pastries items cakes puddings etc., making it one of the largest cities in America outside New York City or Philadelphia (the other two being Cincinnati and Baltimore). Over time various businesses have arisen around downtownWheeling including: banks (First National Bank & Trust Company (FNB), CitizensBank) insurance companies (National Coal Insurance Company(NCIC)), restaurants (The Lion & Eagle Publix Supermarket chain) manufacturers (Wright brothers company), transportation providers including Amtrak/Pennsylvania Railroad services from Philadelphia but also interurban bus service from nearby Dayton mainline railroads serving eastern Wisconsin closed down after World War II leaving Wheeling without passenger rail service however Downtown has continued To redevelop with office buildings housing stores mixed use residential towers
