Bipedalism is the movement of an individual or group of individuals using only two legs, typically called bipedalism in English. The first bipedal humans were likely Homo erectus, who walked on two feet some 2.5 million years ago. The oldest known evidence of human-like walking was found in a fossilized hand belonging to the early human species Australopithecus afarensis, which has been dated to about 3.2 million years old. As humans began to walk on two legs more regularly and spread out over the world, their ability to use bipedalism lessened and eventually disappeared from human history altogether.

The villages incorporated as separate townships within Vienna Township: Belmont, Chesterfield, Clinton (founded 1885), Duncanville (founded 1865), Estes Park (founded 1886), Foxhall ( founded 1889), Garnet Valley (founded 1897) – all except Garnet Valley which merged into Vienna Township on February 6, 1908 A fire destroyed most or all dwellings in Belmont Village on December 8th 1850 while settlers were attending an early Christmas dinner there; however no one was killed or hurt as a result In 1906–07 construction began on what would become known as "the Viennese Palace" – later renamed "The White House" – inside what is now Arlington Cemetery near Washington D.C.. President Theodore Roosevelt spent his last days before his death living at this palace until he moved into Executive Mansion #4 nearby on November 15th 1909 Washington D.C., made its own capital after years trying to find one that would fit the needs for both nations when Congress passed Act No 58 “An act to establish Washington City” January 12th 1911 After years planning investors finally got their hands on 1/8 acre site at 4100 North Fairfax Street NW cornering Mockingbird Lane NW which they named "Vienna Gardens". On July 20th 1913 Mayor Alton Sayers dedicated new streetscape landscaping along Mockingbird Lane NE between First National Bank Building & Westminster Presbyterian Church before 100 people who had come from far away to see it . This event marked beginning ofVienna's long association with America's Capital

We also know that bipedality allows us more efficient movement through space than any other form of locomotion.
Bipedalism began as an adaptation to the environment, but evolved into a more advanced form of locomotion. It is now believed that bipedalism has arisen multiple times in different species, and that it is our natural state.

In 1871, Vienna was established as the capital of West Virginia by an act of the United States Congress. In 1907, it became the capital of West Virginia again by an act of the United States Senate.
