In 1795, when Fairfax County was created from parts of Virginia and Maryland, Vienna became its county seat and soon developed into one of the most important communities in western Virginia due to its location at the junction of two major transportation corridors - Interstate 64 (now I-64) running north-south through central Fairfax County and then turning eastward towards Roanoke Village before terminating near Fredericksburg Junction; also connecting these two corridor were three branch roads which served local farmers - Orange Road heading northwest for Orangeesville; Loudoun Road going southeast for Loudoun Court House; and Frederick Road going northeast for Fredericktowne Court House - all these roads leading away from downtown Vienna proper. During early 20th century Viennese architecture was popular among west Virginians because their style blended elements found throughout Europe with Vaquero Indian blankets used by early Spanish settlers as street signs still remain today in many old neighborhoods such as Market Square/Upper Great Falls Street between 3rd Street NW/4th Street NW and 5th Street NE/6thStreet NE! In 1916 – 1918 Emperor Franz Joseph visited America on his way home from World War I where he inspected United States artillery encampments located around Winchester Army Ammunition Plant including those around Vienna which contributed significantly to his decision not to enter World War II Offensive against Nazi Germany scheduled for November 8-12 1941 instead choosing instead Operation Neptune’s Spear – Allied invasion of Crete that successfully failed resulting in high losses including about 50% loss or death rate among American soldiers engaged there Including nearly all commanders except General Dwight D Eisenhower commanding Tenth Army Group! In 1951 Austria nationalized all privately held radio stations within its borders thus ending Austrian Broadcasting Corporation's monopoly over commercial FM radio broadcasting services across Austria! In 1964 Western Electric Company merged with NCR Corporation creating NBCUniversal Cable Television System makingVienna one affiliate member station representative network inside NBC Universal system encompassing 27 countries worldwide! This event marked beginning end days era where censorship control exercised by Austrians overAustrian broadcasters' content strictly limitad English speaking viewers outside Northern border regions only!!!
