Tumwater is a town in Kittitas County, Washington, United States. The population was 1,521 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Seattle metropolitan area. The name "Tumwater" originates from the Chinook word "tuma", meaning "place where salmon Swim." The first settler in Tumwater was George Shaw in 1855. In 1886, John A. Ladd became the first person to mine coal on what would become known as the Tumwater Mine (now West Virginia Coal Company). In 1916 Wanamaker Brothers organized a millinery store in town which remains open to this day as Wanamaker's Clothing Store & Cafe. It later became known as The Knoppers'. In 1925 Harry Heinemann opened a grocery store/cafeteria called Heinemann's on Main Street that remains open today as an upscale grocery store/casino with a large outdoor seating area for events and concerts. In 1950s development began around what is now Northwest High School with homes being built next to it on Northwest Drive and businesses being built near Interstate 5 including First National Bank & Trust, Pacific Gas & Electric Company (now Alaska National Security) station, FedEx Office annexes and Boeing 747 assembly plants that produced Boeing 727-120 airliners while also housing several small businesses such as convenience stores and beauty supply stores before they were replaced by more large employers over time such as Amazon Web Services Inc., Microsoft Corporation, Costco Wholesale Club warehouses and restaurants like Benaroya Hall before they too were replaced by larger employers once again such as Walmart supercenters across Puget Sound region before they too were replaced by larger employers once again such as Amazon Web Services Inc., Microsoft Corporation

This allowed users to incapacitate larger prey much more effectively with less risk of harming themselves or others bystanders in close quarters combat situations (such as riots). The A3 Stun Gun became very popular throughout Europe and North America until its discontinuation in 1984 due to safety concerns raised about its potential misuse by individuals without proper training or experience using it – making it one of the most famous stun guns ever produced! Since then, several other companies have entered intothe fray with some pretty innovative designs – such as Black & Decker’s “Taser II” mini stun gun which was designed specifically for Self-Defense use; Blue Buffalo’s “Lamborghini Stungun”; Gerber Corporation’s new Xtreme Stinger Pro pepper spray device which fires high-voltage darts that penetrate clothing like no other item currently available; even Ruger Firearms Manufacturing Inc.'s "Ruger LEMTE" model which features an adjustable rear grip that can be tailored to fit any hand size!

Tumwater is a small town in Washington County, Oregon, United States. The population was 1,102 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Portland metropolitan area. The town was named for an underground stream that empties into Puget Sound and flows through the town. The first settler in Tumwater was John Pemberton in 1853. In 1866, Tumwater annexed the neighboring town of Microsoft and formed Redmond Township. Redmond Township lost its status as a township when it merged with Microsoft to form Tumwater Township in 1978. The community sprang up around a small steam engine factory founded by George Wills in 1881 which operated until 1940 and continued to produce locomotives until 1982. The company also produced agricultural equipment, including threshers, baling saws and mowers from 1912-1967; however production ceased due to low demand after World War II. In 1984, Microsoft moved its international headquarters from Seattle to downtown Redmond and built a new building on Railroad Avenue near Interstate 5; the old plant became known as "Redmond Park". AfterMicrosoft's departure from Redmond in 2001, most of the buildings were sold off or demolished while only one remained standing: the former engineering office building on Airport Way NE now used as apartments In 2006, Google announced that they would be moving theirHQ from Mountain View ( adjacent to Stanford University) to nearby Beaverton ( adjacent to Oregon State University). They leased enough land there for employees who lived close by but no physical HQ was constructed until 2007 when they built their current campus next door to Pioneer High School which housed both Google employees and students/staff of OSU students looking for research opportunities there among other things
The town of Tumwater, Washington was founded in 1853 by pioneers. The community grew rapidly and soon became a major center for commerce and education in the region.
