After World War I ended came Prohibition which led to a decline in availability of firearms but also increased demand for targets because people could no longer practice their marksmanship outdoors without fear of getting into trouble with law enforcement authorities. In 1941 when King County introduced its new handgun laws regulating magazine capacity and possession, Targetmasters beganexcluding all handguns from open range use beginning 2 p.m.-6 p.m., Monday through Saturday inclusive; however they continued using existing targets located inside Municipal buildings until 1949 when they relocated all operations outside municipal boundaries onto private property west of University Way between Ballard Avenue and Grant Street where they continue to operate today with only occasionalopen meetups during the weekdays outside business hours (except holidays). This move towards indoor Targets undoubtedly contributed towards reducing crime rates around these areas relative to those experienced before –resultingin more citizens enjoying easy access during ordinary daytime hours to enjoy good Shooting weather conditions without fear that theirweapons might get confiscated if discovered on public property overnight... Today’s Targets are run out of two locations: One is located off Snohomish Highway just southof Safeco Field(just eastof Interstate 5);andthe other is located just northwest cornerof 106th Ave Northwestand Lynden Blvd NE.(just northwestof Seattle Center).Both facilities offer several typesof targets including steel plates/bullets/shotguns/pistols/ammunition etc., while also having some impressive features like 20 foot ceilings which makes it possiblefor even small childrento stand under the beams and hit accurate iron shots from distances up to 100 yards!
