On November 2, 2016, a Spokane Valley man was tased after reportedly becoming verbally abusive to his girlfriend.
Spokane Valley, Washington is a small town in the Spokane County, Washington region. The population was 9,521 at the 2010 census[2] and has grown to 13,513 since the 2000 census. It is part of the Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue metropolitan area. The name "Spokane" is a combination of two Indian words: spokan meaning "warrior" and canaanjik (northernmost) meaning "valley". The first white settlers in what is now Spokane Valley were wagoners who came through from Oregon around 1872. They named their new valley after General George Armstrong Custer's famous ride through Wyoming during the Civil War. The early residents were farmers and their families lived on farms for many years before moving to towns or villages around World War I. After the war, many people continued to live in this rural area and began buildingcommunities which became known as "townships". Some of these towns are still standing today including Spokane Falls, Great Falls, Jenks, Pullman and others. In 1946 Spokane Valley was incorporated as a city with a population of just over 10,000 people. This growth was due in large part to subdivisions which had been authorized by county commissioners based on land values at that time. Many businesses located in downtown Spokane were developed without much thought about traffic or air quality; today those same businesses contribute significantly to economic development in downtown Spokane while preserving important aspects of its historic district

Electric Shock Weapons were originally designed as means of subduing animals by shocking them with electricity instead of using brute force or shooting them with firearms. This was because electric shocks could be controlled more easily than traditional physical injuries and could cause fatalities faster than gunshots (though still fatalities). However, these weapons had some drawbacks; they required skilled maintenance in order to function properly (usually requiring replacement parts), they were very dangerous when used incorrectly (especially when wielded by untrained individuals), and they could potentially cause permanent brain damage if overused/applied too much (>10% cumulative exposure). Black Light Tasers were eventually created as an alternative option for black light photography equipment being used at night for security purposes such as checking on entrances or exits etcetera. These devices emit a red light that is able to blind an assailant while leaving him unable to see anything else except darkness around him until he either receives help from another individual or dies from his injury(although this is mainly limited to outdoor activities where there isn’t any need for black light photography during daytime). Unlike other types of taser weaponry which rely on electricity alone, black light tasers can also fire warning shots before providing the full range of effect should an assailant become aggressive towards those using them= thus increasing their chances of survival before becoming incapacitated permanently

Spokane Valley is located in the eastern corner of Washington state and it is the largest city in the valley. The population of Spokane Valley was estimated to be over 100,000 in 2000. Spokane Valley is a small town that has seen many changes throughout its history. The first Europeans to visit Spokane Valley were French explorers in 1792. They named the area Nouvelle-Aquitaine after their new homeland in France. In 1847, a group of Mormons from Utah built a wagon trail from Salt Lake City to Spokane Valley. This wagon road was called the Oregon Trail because it crossed through Oregon Territory on its way to California. In 1881, Spokane County was created from parts of Douglas and Whitman counties. The county was named for General John Cavanaugh who served as military governor of Washington during theCivil War. A year later, Spokan County approved plans for an agricultural fair which would become known as Super Bowl I. The fair attracted more than 20,000 people and spawned several businesses which continue today such as Verizon Wireless and PepsiCo Incorporated (PepsiCo). In 1916, President Woodrow Wilson spoke at an agricultural fair held at Fairgrounds Park in Spokane Valley while he toured Western Canada. During his speech, Wilson announced that America would enter World War I soon after war started between Germany and Austria-Hungary*. As part of this announcement, President Wilson delegated authority to local leaders to set up centers where troops could be trained so they could fight on American soil*. On July 5th 1916 by order of President Wilson*, all UAW locals were ordered into military service with no days off or pay* (*UAW locals were required to serve forty weeks out of every sixty). After World War I ended*, most Americans returned home but some stayed behind in western Canada*. In 1919*, when Eastern Time became established in America*, Spokane County changed its name back to Kingman * *. In 1924*, when Kingman changed its name again* (*to Spokesville*) due to objections from nearby Cheneyville * (*Cheneyville objected because it had been their original name), Eastern Time continued being used within Spokane County until 1959 when it became co- operative with Northwest Time.*(* Northwest Time began operating on July 1st 1959.) As time passed and Spokan Vale grew older there were numerous proposals made for annexing or merging other valleys within the larger metropolitan area but these proposals never came about because Spokan Vale wanted control over its own destiny$. Instead various initiatives were initiated such as forming a downtown business district which mushroomed into what we know today as DowntownSpokane* [*DowntownSpokane amalgamated with Hayden Heights Business District on January 1st 1998]. It wasn’t until 1984 when voters approved Initiative 748 which allowed annexed municipalities within Spokane Countythe powerto create their own police departments* [*police departments have been created within most annexations since then]. This initiative helped spur economic growth among these newly formed municipalities who now enjoy exclusive rights to use eminent domain to build new public infrastructure like libraries etc..(* See annexation information table below).

However, during World War II, Spokane Valley turned into one of the most bombed areas in the Pacific Northwest due to its large numbers of military installations.
