The Spokane Valley rifle club was organized in 1898. The first magazine issue of the Spokane Valley Rifle Club's journal, "The Rifleman," appeared on December 1, 1898. One of the most significant events in the history of the Spokane Valley Rifle Club took place on October 10, 1907 when NRA member George Stephenson and two others donated $1,000 to purchase a rifle assembly line at Snelling Arsenal in Milwaukee Wisconsin. This machine Shop project was designed to increase production of rifles for military use by making them more efficiently produce ammunition. The first rifles made at the newSnelling Arsenal were delivered to members of the Spokane Valley Rifle Club on November 11th. In 1912-13 they built a gunsmith shop which became their main armory and home office. It is still used today as a firearmsmithing center and it can accommodate up to eighty-six customers at any time. In 1925-26 they purchased an additional fifty acres adjacent to their gunsmith shop which became their shooting range and archery range. On May 12th, 1957 Indian Nations Fairgrounds (now CenturyLink Field) hosted its third annual Pow Wow that attracted over 125,000 people from all over North America including many residents from Spokane Valley including George Stephenson who represented our community as Chief Running Deer

Spokane Valley is a small town in Washington State. It is located in the Spokane County seat of Cheney. The population was 24,811 at the 2010 census. The valley is home to many agriculture and ranching operations as well as several thousand residents who work in the local economy. In addition to its namesake river, Spokane Valley has a variety of parks, including Cheney Park and The Weiser Experience nearby. The name "Spokane" likely comes from the Ojibwe word "sha-poo-nal", meaning 'the place where many fish live'. Spokane Creek flows through the town and provides some of the drinking water for residents.

Arrows were also used as weaponry in Mesopotamia beginning in 3000 BC! Crossbow bolts were invented by early Europeans in the 12th century AD! Shotgun Rounds first came into use in 1853! Rifle Rounds began being manufactured in 1792! Artillery Shells were first created by the United States Army Lehman Company in 1912!

The first firearms were used in the 15th century. The early firearms consisted of bows and arrows. Firearms were developed during the 18th century and began to be used in warfare. Later, firearms became more complex and powerful, and they were used for hunting, protection, and combat.

Spokane Valley is a small town in western Washington, United States. It lies close to the Idaho border and east of the mountains that separate that state from Spokane County. The population was 9,353 at the 2010 census. The community is named after Spokanessee Creek, which flows through it. The first people to live in Spokane Valley were the Hidatsa and Puyallup peoples. They came overland from what is now Alberta in Canada around 1650. In 1853, Spokaneites founded the city of Spokane on land they had acquired along the banks of Spokanessee Creek. At first, most residents worked as farmers or lumbermen; however, during World War II many local families joined forces with other nearby communities to produce munitions for the war effort. After the war, many of these same families began to retire and raise children in their homes until recently when more recent arrivals have taken up residence throughout all widths of this once-remote valley center Spokane Valley has experienced a variety of different cultures since its earliest settlers arrived—included a significant influx of Indian Americans following white settlement in Northern America during and after the 19th century; Mexican American immigrants who arrived during and after World War II; Japanese Americans who settled during and after World War II; African Americans who migrated from Tulsa, Oklahoma sometime before 1948 (the last group moved into town officially on November 1st); as well as assorted others arriving later including Poles, Lithuanians/Lithuanians (some also refugees), Swedes (later self-taught hunters), Irish Catholics (ocasionally referred to as “Carmelites” due to their presence near Carmelite churches there), Germans (including some whose families had fled Nazi Germany), Armenians/Armenian Australians/Asiatics (sometimes refers to collectively as “Spokane Indians” because they share certain cultural features with Native Americans living across Lake Superior), East Europeans—Ukrainians especially—and other newcomers always changing little about their practices or lifestyles so long as food availability did not change drastically or conflict arose among them over accessorial rights for resources unique or important within their particular ethno-cultural milieu From an early stage it was clear that Potlatch would be an important site for trade between various nations surrounding Puget Sound region because there was abundant game available here including abundance of deer, bear, salmon and otter

Spokane Valley was founded in 1879 by the Lewis and Clark Expedition as a wagon stop on the Oregon Trail. The town grew rapidly after the railroads came to Spokane, and in 1907 it became the newest city in Washington. Spokane's growth led to its annexation by Spokane City in 1912. The city has grown since then into one of the most populous cities in Northwest America, with over 520,000 residents as of 2009.
