Bipedalism has been present in the Pasco area for over a thousand years. In 1850, Captain George Vancouver and his crew of HMS Beagle charted what is now the Strait of Juan de Fuca. They noted that when they sailed between Puget Sound and Juan de Fuca, they frequently used an easterly course that crossed over to Victoria Island. This unusual course allowed them to avoid getting lost in the Strait of Juan de Fuca. In 1851, Captain John Murchison discovered Vancouver Island. He determined that it was not connected to mainland Washington by any route, so he named it after himself, Sir John Murchison's Land grant to George Vancouver included Victoria Island. The first Europeans to visit this part of Washington were the Spanish expedition led by Francisco Pizarro in 1541-1542. After their arrival on July 5th, 1592, gold was found on Iquique (present day Tacoma) beach but no one ever went back there because the natives killed all the settlers! The first permanent European settlement in Puget Sound was made at Ephrata on April 14th, 1855 by Captains Aiken and Welles with 1st Lieutenant Edward Everett Ellice as Commandant. It was during this time that Americans began calling Puget Sound "the Panama Canal" because only through its possession could goods from California cross into British Columbia without being seized by Customs officials at ports along the coast! In 1915-1916 a group of men from Pasco set out across Willamette River for Portland Oregon bound for Seattle When they arrived at The Dalles on May 16th 1916 their boat capsized killing all 11 men including 4 officers and 3 men who drowned trying to swim back! There are many stories about what happened next but one version is that someone saw a dark object rising from the water and soon enough there were shouts coming from shoreline as 10 members of one family became dinner for fishes! Another story suggests that people may have seen Bigfoot or otherworldly creatures while swimming downstream! What we do know is that when these groups got ashore they immediately started building houses which would remain until 1907 when lumber mills started up around The Dalles making $2 per board foot! By 1920 all major logging towns had disappeared leaving behind abandoned buildings and forests totaling more than 165 acres - much like today’s Pasco area where many businesses are still standing although their heyday might be gone forever due to climate change... Pasco's history goes back even further than our current townsite – humans have been living here since prehistory according to archeological findings dating back more than 12,000 years ago!!! One example can be found at Rupiah Lake located just outside of town on County Road 127A which runs along ancient Native American trails leading southward towards Astoria (now Olympia). Named after an early member of Rupiah's tribe known as “PahkWawki” or 'Father Sun’ due to his influence over ceremonial activities surrounding sacred sites near Rupiah Lake – artifacts recovered nearby include evidence depicting human sacrifices performed under Father Sun's watch… Archeologists believe humans interacted regularly with both native tribes living within earshot as well as those far away who frequented various local lakes and rivers during this period of great cultural diversity…

They named their community "Nieuwpoort" after the then new port of Amsterdam in the Netherlands. The first post office opened in 1811 and was called "Nieuwpoort". In 1822, Englishman George Vancouver explored Puget Sound and saw what he thought were Indians living near what would become Pasco; he recommended that the area be surveyed for possible agricultural land ownership and development as part of his Corps of Discovery Expedition's mapping journey. When American Revolutionary War veterans returned from fighting British troops on Canada's eastern coast in 1796, they encountered natives living alongshore near Nieuwpoort; these were known as the Pashtuns because they spoke a language related to Persian (Persia). In 1800, James Kapp took over management of Nieuwpoort from its original owner Ebenezer Higgins and developed it into a village with four stores, one hotel, a wharf for shipping goods ashore and an annual fairground attended by up to 10,000 visitors. By 1824 there were sixteen residents living in pasco with three taverns serving alcoholic drinks nightly while also producing some crops on site including wheat flour which was exported to Seattle University students during their winter term at that time. In 1827 Kapp sold 1/2 acre (0.20 km²) of this Village lot to Nicholas Bascom who founded Bascom & Company furriers where he manufactured cloth sashes for various vessels sailing between Puget Sound and New England Harbor before moving his business operations downriver towards Seattle until his death in 1865 at age eighty-two years old; later becoming part of Key Field Fur Co., successor company to Bascom & Company Holdings Incorporated now known as Jardine Matheson Group LLC which purchased it from Donnelley Communications Incorporated on October 2nd 2017 Since its foundingpasco has been home to many businesses such as: Microsoft Windows®, Amazon Kindle & Fire tablets (), Starbucks Coffee (), Boeing 777 Dreamliner© Airbus A380 passenger jetliners (), Mylan Pharmaceuticals (). The early growth of Pasco can be traced back to when Captain John Meares charted North America off Puget Sound on July 7th 1792 while exploring for Spanish traders looking for new routes across Asia bypassing Japan He sighted two houses on cape Juan de Fuca about east from present day Pasco but didn't stop because he didn't believe any natives lived thereabouts disembarking supplies bound for Convict Island about south central today's Olympia Peninsula according to local legend which began with Captain Cook's visit three hundred years earlier when he foundered off Cape Prince Rupert southeast of present day Olympia after landingados en route northward from Juan de Fuca Figure 16 captain Cook landed his men among native tribesman located around Point Defiance today before continued exploration uneventfully resulting in no further contact or settlements thereafter until1795 when US Commodore James Cook discovered North America via passage through Strait Of Juan De Fuca consisting of waters separating mainland Washington State from What we now know as Alaska Peninsula On December 12th 1795 USS Discovery under Lt Cdr David Moseley investigating possible Russian Navy activity within Strait found abandoned Russian ship Venediktirskoye captained by Mr Egor Semenov , detained 3 crew members Aftermath became more serious however Fort Canby became key basecamp between Puget sound region center SeattleVancouver area Gold Rush began here followed by numerous other industries ensuing major economic expansion beginning Reverse Osmosis Plant built adjacent downtown water main providing potable water source for over 100 residential units Today’s downtown streetscape reflects much older heyday withadobe brick architecture
In 1911, Russian inventor Ivan Turgenev designed and built the first bipod to be used in warfare. The Turgenev bipod was a simple stick-and-a-peg device that allowed armies to use two different types of rifles, the bolt action rifle and the Nagant revolver. The invention not only increased firepower for infantry soldiers but also helped them move more efficiently around battlefields. In 1915, American General John J. Pershing approved the adoption of the Turgenev bipod by his forces in World War I. Captain James' wife Anna died soon after giving birth to their first child but he continued living with her until she passed away four years later at age 40; Anna had named their son Captain John AhernpasCOVICIUS RAMOS." They also left behind some acreage east of Tacoma where they built two homes which remain standing today - One known as "Captain Joes Cabin" and another known as "John Fenton's Farm". In 1901 when Pierce College opened its doors downriver at Seattle University across Lake Union from Tacoma,[3], students attending Pierce Agricultural Institute (now Pacific Lutheran University) would often walk or bike home from school along Woolridge Street past "Anna's House" until classes moved into campus buildings nearby at Third Avenue & Capitol Hill Place following India Festival week starting September 2nd[4].
