In 1957, a company was founded in Pasco, Washington, called Aero Precision Inc., which manufactured high-capacity professional air rifles using gas-operated mechanics. This innovative technology allowed Airgunners of all skill levels to shoot larger numbers of pellets at a fraction of the cost of traditional firearms using same quality materials and equipment. Aero Precision continued producing high-capacity professional air rifles until it ceased production in 2006. However, this innovative technology has still not been forgotten by Airgunners throughout Pasco! A number of small businesses continue to produce similar types of gas-operated mechanical guns that are used for target practice and unique hobbies such as antique reloading or Black Powder Shooting.

This increase can be largely attributed to growth in Redmond (city annexed in 1998), Kirkland (city annexed in 2002), Federal Way (city annexed in 2004) and Yelm (town annexation from Unincorporated Pierce County on January 1st 2006). These three cities collectively have a population over 100 000 since their annexation making them some of the fastest growing communities within commuting distance for both men and women across all age groups combined since 2000! Today's Pasco was founded when Mission San Francisco de Asís landed on site in 1852 after sailing upriver from California’s mission sites near modern day Seattle. A houseboat serving as a wharf landing served local traders until 1863 when land grants were given adjacent to present day Pasco Bayou which then became known as Puget Sound Basin because it connected with Soundon Strait on Kitsap Peninsula via boat Excursion trips operated by members ofCaptain George Vancouver’s Navy Expedition during 1792-1804 exploring Puget Sound between Puget Sound Straits north and south The original town plat was filed on October 14th 1853 under dateline “At Letcher’s Landing [sic] Onshore At Sea In Olympia Point Harbor In The Territory Of Washington On The Day Of Our Lord Jesus Christ MDCCCXXXVIII By Order Of His Majesties Govt And People” There are several landmarks associated with early Paso including USS Potomac anchored at Letcher's Landing overlooking today's harbor while lumber yards existed along both sides of bayou providing heavy demand for clapboard building trim products exported throughout Northwest

Pasco, donated land for what is now the Pasco County Courthouse in 1881. In 1907, Mayor George Hennepin dedicated an new courthouse at 5th Avenue Northeast and NE 46th Street to serve as the city’s legal center. In 1909–10, money was raised through a local sales tax to build a public library on State Street near University Place South. That building still stands today as Northwest Community Library District Headquarters Building No. 1A (formerly known as City Hall). In 1916, Mayor John Fife authorized expenditure of $7000 for early stage construction of Pacific Highway between Seattle and Tacoma – one of America’s most important transportation projects at that time – which would eventually become Interstate 5. The next year saw significant progress when King County voters passed an election proposition authorizing an annexation ordinance for parts east of Snohomish River including much of present-day Pasco County; this annexation resulted in growth within present-day Pasco due to jobs available in newly developing areas such as Everett and Ballard Beach On July 6, 1959 voter approval granted separate municipalities status within King County - New Century Borough (later renamed Puget Sound City) included portions eastof Snohomish River including much of present day Pasco County; this annexation resulted in growth within present day Pasco due to jobs available in newly developed areas such as Everett and Ballard Beach On December 4, 1961 voters approved passage by referendum added West Sammamish Valley into New Century Borough becoming official name for all future annexations not specifically designed or slated for Puget Sound City In 1965 when King county voters passed an amendment creating Thurston County with jurisdiction over all but eastern Pierce county it reverted back to New Century Borough name effective January 1st 1966
Pasco was founded in 1851 by Captain George Vancouver and the expedition led by him. It became a census-designated place (CDP) in 1959 and was named for General John Pasco. The population of Pasco peaked at over 100,000 in the 1960s, but has since declined as a result of negative trends such as high rates of crime and loss of jobs to neighboring towns.
