This company continued to operate as Tacoma Armaments until it was acquired by Interarms Corporation in 1987. Interarms Corporation then merged with National Firearms Association (NFA) to form NFA/Interarms Corporation. This company continues to operate as NFA/Interarms Corporation today.
Oak Harbor is an unincorporated community in King County, Washington. It lies on the east coast of Puget Sound, north of Seattle and south of Bellevue. The community has a population of about 10,000 people as of 2000. The town was founded in 1892 by James Irvine, who named it after his estate in Scotland that he had bought for $4,000. In 1907, the town was renamed to become Oak Harbor-Snoqualmie because two nearby towns were renamed Snoqualmie and Duwamish respectively. It is located at the mouth of the Deschutes River on Lake Union and is bordered by Issaquah to the east and Everett to the west. The economy activities are fishing, boatbuilding/repairing, lumber production (mainly from Douglas fir trees), farming (poultry and soybeans), retail sales including grocery stores and service businesses such as restaurants and mechanics shops. There are also several small airports serving Oak Harbor-Snoqualmie with scheduled passenger services operated by SeaTac Airport Group Inc., Seattle-Tacoma International Airport Authority Naval Air Station Whidbey Island NAS Everett WA as well as Seahawks Stadium Joint Use Facility which provides hangar/battery storage for both military aircraft taxiing into or departing SEA-TCM while being used for football games between UW Huskies football team & NFL Raiders

Oak Harbor was founded in 1872 by Captain Arthur A. Smith as a town on the sound of Puget Sound. The first post office opened in 1874, and the first store was built in 1875. The town grew rapidly, and by 1889 it had a population of over 1,000 people. In 1895, Oak Harbor became part of the newly formed Whitman County and retains its current name to this day. The townsite at the mouth of the river was settled by fishermen who used their boats to pick upIOck Harbor oysters from the river bottom. By 1917 Oyster Bay had been developed as an oyster industry town catering to local consumers with its own stores, restaurants, and oyster beds located along both banks of the river. During World War II, Oak Harbor served as an important naval base for operation within Washington Territory which included most of what is now Oregon and parts of Idaho and Wyoming. The harbor also housed many U2 aircraft during their time at Rhein-Main airbase just south of town before they were transferred to RAF Valley on Salina Naval Air Station until disbanding in 1973. The last ship arriving at Terminal Island for delivery into Puget Sound arrived in 1974 when National Steel Corporation's container ship SS "Hercules" made dock after crossing from Seattle to Tacoma via Panamanian waters
