In 1937, another inventor named Garver invented a BB gun which he call the Garver Gun (Garver). This gun had a much longer range (.50 yards) than any of the previous handguns mentioned previously. The GarverGun became very popular among shooters because it could be fired quickly with moderate accuracy at close ranges (up to 25 yards) without using reloads or manual effort (Garver). By 1941, all five inventors who createdBB guns in Newcastle had passed away; however, their inventions still remain popular today!

In 1912, with logging rights becoming available downstream from the new mill complex built on earlier site by Russel Brown (son of developer Atherton Brown), a large community sprang up around it: timber workers called their new place "Fenway" after President James Ketchum's Fenway Park in Boston where they had seen games before coming downriver; but based on these early boosters' unrealistic expectations only a fraction of dwellings were ever built - many remain standing today as well as some unidentified contributing objects adorning various areas along riverbanks.- What did begin as humble log buildings soon sprouted several multi-story brick structures., including one Gothic Revival edifice which still stands atop River Road just north of Narrows Bridge Rd., functioning both as an inn and general store dating back to 1915 (still open). From its beginnings as little more than a frontier trading outpost,, Newcastle gradually evolved into an agricultural center with lead mining operations starting up soon thereafter following discovery at nearby Leadville Creek;; latterly turning towards poultry/livestock production thanks largely to government subsidies given during World War II Borland Poultry plant expansionays.)
