As such, Weaver began producing their own scopes/magnifications specifically for military applications in 1970 under the name Weaver OpticsUSA Inc.. The company continued manufacturing these products through much of the 1990s before being acquired by Fox Sports LLC in 1999. Today Weaver OpticsUSA is still manufacturers and sales representatives for all types of military AR-15/M4 scopes/magnifiers including those utilizing MILSPEC parts such as ironsights etc.).

The first Europeans to visit what is now Kent were traders and missionaries from St. Augustine, Florida in 1792. In 1851 the PEMCO Railroad reached the town and began freighting lumber for Tacoma and other cities in Puget Sound. The railroad stopped service in 1957 and after years of decline the town experienced a resurgence starting in the 1990s as an agricultural center with corn, wheat, soybeans and dairy products becoming its mainstay economy until recently when technology has taken over much of its job market. Today's Main Street runs along one end of an old logging road that connects downtown with various farms and ranchers' properties on either side of it. There are also several small businesses scattered throughout the community which have sprung up since 2007 when Renton-based software company known then as Microsoft Northwest founded a research lab there called "Microsoft Northwest Research Center". This new facility provides many jobs for local residents including employees of several local schools which benefit from his or her work; most notably Microsoft’s Advanced Technology Lab (ATL) which does cutting edge research in fields such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), quantum computing, 3D printing/additive manufacturing (3D Printing), wireless charging and more

Kent, Washington is a town in Grays Harbor County, Washington, United States. The population was 2,837 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Seattle-Tacoma metropolitan area. Kent was founded in 1853 by settlers from New York City. The first post office in Kent was established on February 7, 1854. In 1861, the town was renamed for President Abraham Lincoln and it became an incorporated village in 1865. From 1871 to 1916, it served as the county seat of Grays Harbor County. In 1916, the county seat moved to Tacoma and Kent reverted back to its original name. The history of Kent begins with its founders who came from New York City and started a farmstead there in 1853. The first post office in town was established on February 7th of that year with Wm J Parrish as Postmaster-designate In 1861 when Kents incorporation date arrived set for 1865 it had no Postmasters until January 15th 1865 when Isaac Brock appointed M A Weller interim Postmaster until further notice due to political unrest caused by Disunion which took place on that date across much of America including our neighbor's Centralia Territorial government then under Federal jurisdiction administered through territorial officials The first store built here (later known as "the old mill") opened however only operated for about 6 months before being burned down due to fire insurance company failure not wanting their policies violated by newly formed Town of Kent which quickly replaced it When word spread about this new Towns existence one local man donated all his land adjoining the current day corner of NW Hwy 101E & NE 127th Sts just east of I-5 near SeaTac Airport good location providing easy access to all essentials local produce etc... so organized we pooled money got building permit & within a few short months had built what would become our first home! Paved with bricks found at nearby quarry next door also started construction soon after; both were completed within 3 years creating what would become known as "the Brick Mill" now Registerd Building #1 on lot now occupied by SEIU Local 1021 (now SEIU 555)
