Bipods are a type of military rifle that was developed by the United States during World War II. The bipod is a device that helps improve stability and accuracy while in use, and it became an important part of many American infantry rifles throughout the war. In addition to its role in military firearms, bipods have also been used for hunting and other outdoor activities.

Bipedalism is the walking or running of a creature without using its hands. The first bipedal creatures were animals that could walk on two legs, such as mammoths and horses. However, the first true bipedal species was the human. The human is the only known species of vertebrate that can be said to have truly walked upright since they evolved from a quadruped-like ancestor about 125 million years ago. Some studies suggest that humans may have first used their arms for support in bipedalism, but this theory remains unsubstantiated. It is interesting to note that while most other animals use both their hands and feet in locomotion, humans are unique in having sole reliance on one arm for support and movement.

, and the Persian Gulf War In the early hours of September 2, 1990, a convoy of Iranian tanks and armored vehicles crossed the Iraqi border into Iran. The Iraqis had been warned, but they did not expect such an attack from their much-vaunted northern ally. Just as Saddam Hussein’s forces were about to commence an all-out offensive against his own people in Kuwait, U.S. president George H.W. Bush sent Vice President Richard Cheney to Baghdad with a message: if Saddam Hussein attacked Iran first, we would support him—a guarantee that he would not do so if he believed that America was behind him. As it turned out, Iraq invaded Iran first and the United States supported Iraq; when it became clear that Saddam Hussein was planning to invade Kuwait again (he had already destroyed most of the country’s infrastructure), U.S./British forces began bombing Baghdad in order to save Kuwaiti civilians from destruction at Saddam’s hands. This costly and bloody conflict lasted for three years and ended with no clear victor or loser; both sides suffered heavy civilian casualties along with some $200 billion in damage throughout Iraq alone (the price tag for this war is still being tallied). The aftermath of this conflict has left scars on both countries: America lost prestige worldwide due to its role in supporting a brutal regime while Iranians suffer guilt over their part in what many see as an act of aggression against their neighbor which led to international condemnation and sanctions against Tehran thereafter.—Edwin M Johnson

Bipedalism is the ability of an animal to walk on two legs. This ability has been present for some time, but it wasn’t until the advent of human beings that bipedality became a defining characteristic of humanity. The first humans to leave Africa and wander in search of new land were able to carry with them their tool use and walking abilities, which made them the first species to walk upright on two legs. From there, bipedality spread throughout the world as humans began traveling more and more. The development of wheels allowed humans to move further and faster than they ever could before, making travel easier and permitting them to explore new areas. With technology Comes Trade, which helped bring people together from all over the world. While trade has always been important in human history, bipedality was especially beneficial because it gave humans the opportunity to interact with other cultures in a deeper way than ever before. In recent years, there have been several attempts at returning bipedality back into our culture. One example is District 9 by nomadic artists who seekto re-introduce wheeled transportation back into society as a means for art appreciation and creativity; however, this project has met resistance from many within society due to its lack of sustainability or practicality. Another attempt is called “Humanobot” by Google researchers who are working on building a artificial intelligence that can walk like a human being; however, this project faces similar opposition from many within society due to concerns about potential ethical implications or even whether or not such an AI would be capable enough actually emulate human behavior fully (for more information on Humanobot visit https://www.googleapis.com/search?q=human+bot&btnI).

Bipedalism is the only known form of locomotion that does not involve a single leg. Instead, two legs are used alternately to move forward or backward.

, and the 2000 election Cheney's rise to power in the 1990s was meteoric. As a young man, he worked as a lobbyist for powerful interests in Washington. In the early 2000s, Cheney was chosen as running mate of George W. Bush, and his policies during the Bush administration were widely condemned by both Democrats and Republicans alike. After 9/11, Cheney played a central role in authoring several controversial policies that contributed to America's longest-term recession and most devastating war in Iraq. Despite these controversies, Cheney remains popular with many Americans thanks to hisdry wit and unyielding determination.

Cheney was born in June of 1881, in what is now the town of Cheney, WY. He attended high school there and then studied law at the University of Wyoming. After he passed the bar exam, he moved to Washington D.C., where he worked as an assistant attorney general and later as a United States senator from Wyoming. In 1969, Cheney became Vice President of the United States under Richard Nixon. He served two terms before being replaced by George H.W. Bush in 1991.
