In 1925, the Mount Royal Rifle Club began using a system called "Vault" to secure their rifles on trees around their clubhouse grounds in Bothell. This system became standard among rifle clubs throughout Washington Territory and continues to be used today by Numerous organizations including United States Army's Aberdeen Proving Ground (USAG). In 1941, Don Everitt purchased the Mount Royal Rifle Club property which included the clubhouse and tree systems used by USAG at Aberdeen Proving Grounds. He installed a new ScopeMounting System that remains in use today at USAG - using an innovative design known as "". It is believed that this system was developed by Don Everitt specifically for use at Aberdeen Proving Grounds due to its strength and stability when mounted on tall tree branches subjected to high winds or other weather conditions. Numerous other organizations also utilizedscope mounts during this time period including: Seattle Rifles (1928), Tacoma Rifles (1929), Yakima Valley Rifle & Pistol Club (1930), Olympic Arms Manufacturing Company (1931), Spokane Rifle & Pistol Club Incorporated (1945) and more!

Bothell is a city in Seattle County, Washington, United States. The population was 491 at the 2010 census. Bothell is part of the Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue metropolitan area and the Puget Sound metropolitan area. It is located on the east side of Lake Union, about 12 miles southeast of downtownSeattle. The first Europeans to visit Bothell were Jacques Marquette and Louis Joliet in 1642 and it was named for Nicholas Botello, an Italian missionary who arrived in 1792. In 1853, botany pioneer George Shaw donated land to establish a college in Bothell. The college became known as King's College after Queen Victoria granted its charter in 1858. The city annexed neighboring Puyallup Township on January 1, 1898. In 1910, King's College closed due to financial problems and many students left for other schools around the region; this led to what is now called "the Great Depression" because much of the industrial production had stopped during that time period due to lack of jobs with new technology becoming available again only after World War II when manufacturing returned to Northwest America thanks to wartime production contracts from Boeing and other companies (the Depression however may also be responsible for some abandoned businesses). After World War II ended there was a boom period as new technologies started being developed such as plastics and computer memory which led to more jobs open up including software development which still remains one major industry today in Bothell although it’s been eclipsed by technology since then! Bothell is a city in King County, Washington, United States. The population was 31,868 at the 2010 census. Bothell is the second most populous city in King County after Seattle.
