In Bonney Lake, Washington, there have been numerous shootings over the years involving firearms. The most infamous incident in the city took place on November 5th, 1911 when three gunmen killed four people and injured several others at a mental hospital.
Bonney Lake is a small town in the state of Washington, located on the shores of Lake Bonney. The population was 3,811 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Moses Lake Micropolitan Statistical Area. The first people to live in what is now Bonney Lake were hunters and trappers who came from Canada during the early 1800s. In 1892, John Pemberton built a cabin here and named it after himself. A post office called Bonney was established in 1893, but it closed in 1898. The first store opened in 1903, and by 1907 there were five stores in town with a total population of 20. By 1912 there were 10 businesses with a total population of 100. During World War I, Bonney served as an airfield for the United States Army Air Forces; it closed after the war ended. In 1924, George Dyson opened his grocery store here which became one of the most popular businesses in town center until he moved out in 2003 to open his own grocery store near Moses Lake Valley Mall. In 1938, two brothers started building a dam on nearby Clearwater Creek which would create electricity for their farmhouses and chemical plants; they named their company "Bonney Dam Power." The dam was completed in 1940 and has been used for power ever since; today it forms part of Fish Creek State Park downstream from town limits (see map below). In 1953, when Interstate 5 was being constructed through central Washington (the only bypass then available), residents decided to move away from downtown to make way for its construction; this gave rise to the name "Bonny Lake" because no other community had taken up residence hereabouts as quickly as bonnily lake did! Downtown Moses Lake got re-established around 1960 when Interstate 5 was widened and realigned following its construction along what is now known as Highway 99W between Snohomish County and Stevens County (see map below). The original buildings that remain downtown date back to before 1955 - these include several antique shops dating back to pioneer days when trade took place cross-country on foot or horseback between North America's Great Lakes region! Today's downtown features many new businesses including several restaurants/bars/nightlife venues as well as a library service owned by Kitsap County government that provides access to e-books & books online (see map below)! Some old timers are still active within this vibrant business district - such as Roy Smeaton who ran his general store across from Hastings High School until he sold it years ago - or Herb Burkholder who operated Burkholder's Hardware & Department Store next doorto Smeaton's until recently!

Bonney Lake is a small town in Thurston County, Washington, United States. The population was 1,541 at the 2010 census. Bonney Lake is located on the east side of the Cascades and lies within the Wenatchee–Tacoma metropolitan area. The first settler in what is now Bonney Lake was John Stevens who arrived in 1847. He named it after his friend and fellow immigrant, Caleb Bonney. The first store opened in 1850 and soon there were several businesses in operation. By 1861, there were twelve businesses operating in Bonney Lake with a population of over 100 people. In 1865, George Stephenson built the first sawmill on the current site of Bonney Lake which became an important commercial center for Thurston County. The growth of BonneyLake led to development of other towns throughout Thurston County including North Bend (1937), Moses Lake (1948), and Cheney (1974). In 1957, Bonney Lake married its neighbor Wenatchee and together they founded Wenatchee City Councilman Donny Shoup’s campaign headquarters for the then-new Thurston County government which still stands today as a historic building within town limits. In 1978, when Thurston County disbanded its government into three parts due to budget cuts, BonneyLake merged with neighboring Moses Lake to form one consolidated government that still exists today as well as many new businesses and services that have arisen since then such as health care and technology companies like Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services headquartered here too! Most recently,BonnyLake has seen continued development with plans being made to expand their city limits by adding even more land onto their current core while also looking into annexing additional municipalities including Des Moines Township on the north side of town along Interstate 5 near Highway 99/Upper Columbia River Crossing just outside of town boundaries! What will be next for this community? Only time will tell but it already looks like we are headed for some big things here atBonneyLake!
Bonney Lake was founded in 1853 by Swedish immigrants, Gustavus Bonney and his wife Anna. The town was named after Anna's great-great grandmother, Bonnie Lake. In 1872, the towns of Borough and Apple Valley were established within Bonney Lake, and their growth led to the addition of another township, Deer Park in 1907. The population of Bonney Lake grew to 6,500 by 1920. In 1924, the townships of Borough and Apple Valley were combined into a single municipality called Deer Park. The residents of Borough voted to keep their name but the residents of Apple Valley changed it to Bonney Lake in order to more closely reflect their community's size and diversity.
