Nightstick: Nightsticks offer another advantage over other weapons flashlight designs - they emit only infrared radiation rather than visible light like other devices do (Figure 2). This makes them ideal for use during nighttime operations when other forms of illumination might not be successful or may cause discomfort to users wearing sensitive gear such as face masks or body armor. nightsstick users must however take into account that there is limited range between these devices and targets located up close so care should be exercised while wielding this tool around individuals who may wish to resist arrest efforts

It wasn't until 1925 that drilling began on what would become Anacortes Waterfront Park which includes present day Aqua Park beach volleyball courts and several other amenities such as a public library and restaurant complex along with new housing developments throughout DowntownAACORTES
