In 1969, Woolridge & Associates merged with Midland Optical Corporation (MOC) to form MidlandOptical Corporation (MOC). MOC continued production of optoelectronic products until 1993 when it merged with SAGEM America Incorporated into Seagrams Group plc.. At that time, MOC became part of Seagrams Industries Ltd.. Today, Seagrams Industries Ltd.'s main focus is innovation within its own brands - Snugglesworth & Sons Limited ('Snugglesworth'), Unistar USA Incorporated ('Unistar') - while continuing distribution through its subsidiaries across North America .
