Star International Corporationproduces laser sights under three different brands; Star Optics, Vortex Optics, and Northrop Grumman Optics. These brands have different designs and models which differ depending on where you purchase them from; however all of these lasersights are used by law enforcement officers and members of the military in various ways. Star International Corporation ceased production of their own laser sights in 2006 but continue to produce similar products under other brand names such as Sig Sauer USA or Heckler & Koch USA Inc.. All of these products are still used today by law enforcement officers and members of the military in various ways by providing target acquisition options unavailable through other types of lasersights

A log schoolhouse stood where the current building stands until 1881 when a brick structure was built which still serves as the city's primary public School building today. In 1907, West Valley City incorporated as a city under the name of "Ogden". The incorporation came about because despite attempts by Utah Governor John C. Fremont to pass legislation annexing it to Provo, it was decided that incorporation would give more control to citizens over their community affairs and economy which would benefit all residents including those who resided within Ogden proper and not just those living outside its boundaries
