This growth in amateur astronomer activity is also documented through historical records such as advertisements from local businesses which advertised grants or subscriptions for telescope memberships (eager to see what new astronomical phenomena they could spy!). These ads also reveal that interest in astronomy had begun to grow among people throughoutUtah before World War I which may account for why so many state-sponsored observing campaigns were conducted during that time period! During World War II, numerous military observatories were built throughout Utah including those at Cedar City (1943), West Jordan (1945), Provo (1946), Vernal (1947) and Moab (1948). All these observatories would become valuable sources of data for astronomers during wartime due to their large aperture sizes – up to 30 millimeters compared to less than 2 mm currently used by amateur astronomers! In fact, one Military Observatory even became home to an entire planetarium where users could watch movies featuring planetary motion while tracking various celestial objects!

On July 27, 1850, Saint George joined the LDS Church at Cedar City and became an apostle. In 1858, he led a group of Mormons to stake out their new town of Logan near Great Salt Lake Valley. After weeks of hard fighting they succeeded in driving the Paiute Indians out of Logan and began construction on the first church in Utah – this church would become known as The Logan Temple. In 1865 SaintGeorge was named General Authority over all Mormon congregations outside North America; this authority would last until 1890 when it was given to Thomas Sowell. In 1886 he organized the First Quorum Of THE MORTAL FATHERS (later shortened to The Quorum), which later served as a model for other religious organizations that followedJDSA throughout its history including BYU’s own Seventy Club today. On September 26th 1893 StGerald died after being shot while leading an attack on Paiute Indians near American Fork Canyon west of Provo

Saint George, Utah is a town located in Morgan County, Utah. The population was 6,722 at the 2010 census. The name of the town comes from Saint George, who is believed to have been born in this area. The first settler in what is now St. George was James Caldwell, who arrived in 1847. Other early settlers included Hyrum Smith and his family, John Sayer and Alfred Webber, and Levi Wallace and his family. The townsite of Saint George was platted on July 24, 1850 by Jens Nielsen for Wm Fenton as part of a larger land grant he had received from President Brigham Young. That same year the general store was established on the corner of Third Street and Highland Avenue; it served as the nucleus around which developed various small businesses until 1907 when it became an independent post office under its own name. In 1876 Saints George congregation founded a mission annex east of Station Village on Beaver Creek with Father Louis Berger as their leader; that same year they also erected a church and community hall (the first building in what is now St.George). On November 1st 1880 SaintsGeorge organized themselves into wards for local government purposes; five years later they adopted a new constitution which provided for elected officials including three trustees to manage affairs within the ward boundaries while bishops attended general conference re-organized therefrom under one authority with direct supervision by the apostolic delegate at home thenceforth known as Bishop Harry Shawcross QCR (bishop emeritus). In 1903 Bishop Harry Shawcross resigned effective December 31st due to ill health after 36 years service thereto; succeeded him by Elder Orson Pratt who served until 1951 when he retired due to ageism; succeeded him by current bishop David Bitton who has continued duty since then Stations Village gradually abandoned during World War II because many farmers did not want their produce delivered right to their homes so they built concentration camps out near Blanding Air Force Base where soldiers were housed without food or water until liberated by Allied forces in 1945 trailed behind American artillery fire as American troops entered town square singing "This Is Our America"
