Ammunition production began within a few years of Pleasant Grove’s incorporation as a city. The first Armory was established in 1892 and quickly became one of the largest and most successful businesses in the community. Over its many years, the Armory produced over 350 rounds of ammunition per day. In 1928, the armORY closed down due to budget cuts but it reopened under new ownership two years later with larger facilities. Today, theArmory continues to produce quality ammunition for both personal defense and commercial purposes.

Pleasant Grove is a small town located in Tooele County, Utah, United States. The population was 1,898 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Provo–Orem metropolitan area. Pleasant Grove was founded in 1879 by Captain George Waddell and his wife, Eliza Jane (née Haskell). Pleasant Grove became a city in 1907 and again in 1912 when it became an incorporated town. It reverted to its original name of Pleasant Grove on November 6, 1924. The first post office at Pleasant Grove was established on October 15, 1879. The present day Post Office building was built in 1903. A store and restaurant were both built around 1906 as part of the growth of the community. A library was organized at Pleasant Grove in 1907 and opened its doors on October 20th. The library has been housed inside the current Post Office since that time . In 1957 a new $25 million dollar facility for the Utah State Legislature was constructed adjacent to United States High School which now houses many offices including that for the Utah Senate and House of Representatives as well as several classrooms used by Brigham Young University-Hawaii Annexed Schools Department; Community College District No 5; Salt Lake County Regional Medical Examiner's Office; Utah Valley Correctional Facility (closed 2013) - all under one roof! This also included an attached garage with over 50 parking spaces which could accommodate up to 100 vehicles at once! There are currently plans underway to build two more buildings on this site – one for Science & Technology students working directly with local companies who need large cleanrooms/warehouses but do not have access to campus space or downtown Provo facilities; and another much larger facility accommodating all types of research needs such as tissue culture/biotechnology/genomics etc., making this one largest private sector employer within easy reach of Provo!

Pleasant Grove is a small town in Carbon County, Utah, United States. The population was 1,826 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Ogden–Clearfield, UT Metropolitan Statistical Area. The first people to live in Pleasant Grove were the Hales family and their children who founded the village on October 8, 1872. The Haleses were pioneers who had been living near Coalville since 1859. They had come from Maine and settled on a ranch that they bought in 1869. The early settlers were farmers and ranchers who raised horses and cattle. Some of the first buildings in Pleasant Grove were log cabins which were built by John Gentry around 1880-1881 as his home place while he was sheriff of Carbon County. In 1902, George Aiken organized a group of local citizens to purchase land east of present day Pleasant Grove for a railroad station which would serve as an important center for trade in this area. The citizens named themselves "The Citizens' Committee for Railway Development" and began building the tracks south of town on what is now known as "Aiken's Hill". Today's train station opened on December 5th, 1906 with service provided by the Utah Central Railroad (UCR). This was also when Pleasant Grove became incorporated as a town under Utah law. Today, much of downtown Pleasant Grove has been preserved including its original square staircases built by Jepson & Company lumber merchants during the late 1800s/early 1900s to provide access to upper floors within buildings where commercial enterprises once thrived (e.g., Wernham’s Drug Store). Additionally, many significant hammerbeamware warehouses remain extant throughout downtown along with several pre-Depression era residences such as Mrs.(?) Prentice's House which still stands today partially intact across from Ammon's Hardware store today just off Higgins Street corner Main Street inside what used to be UCR Station #2
Pleasant Grove was founded in 1871 by Brigham Young and his family. The town was named for the grove of trees near which it was located. The first settler, John Crouch, arrived in 1872. Pleasant Grove experienced a rapid growth from its establishment until the early 1900s when it began to experience a decline in population due to factors such as relocation, economic recession, and World War I. In 1948, Pleasant Grove became an incorporated community with a mayor and council system. It experienced another period of growth during the 1960s and 1970s before declining again during the 1990s through 2000s due to changes within the local economy. Since 2002, Pleasant Grove has been experiencing increased activity due to its proximity to Salt Lake City and its role as an agricultural center.
