That same year saw also the beginning of construction on what would become Brigham Young University's original campus; it would be expanded over time to include much of today's campus including downtown North Salt Lake and other neighborhoods around it. In 1911, during World War I, NorthSaltLake served as headquarters for military intelligence operations throughout Utah Territory under General Douglas MacArthur; later that year, he recommended against annexation to Ogden City because he felt that such an action would put too much strain on scarce resources within Utah's growing cities-the recommendation was ultimately ignored by Mayor John Davenport. However, growth had continued unabated since1900 even without annexation; so when Davenport announced plans for incorporation into Olathe County homosexuality could no longer be tolerated or hidden behind closed doors so citizens voiced their opposition through protests which eventually culminated with a vote on November 3rd 1909 which declared all gay people "persons unknown" within the new community limits meaning any sexual activity whatsoever must take place outof sight and mind if attempted within these boundaries - thus starting what would soon become known as "the era" of N/A (not open about) homosexuals living openly among Mormons - something which continues to this day albeit with less overt signage than previous decades due to evolving social mores across religions around the world today1 2 As annexations continue apace throughoutUtahCounty culminating with Provo coming fully into existence just days before my writing taking effect back then we have our ownnorth salt lake incorporated right there right next door
