The modern scope has been around for over 200 years and is one of the most popular hunting and shooting tools on the market. The first scopes were designed to be used with a rifle, but today they are also becoming more common in shotguns and handguns. There are many different types of scopes available on the market, each with its own unique features and benefits. Here are some of the most popular types: 1. Monoculars- Monoculars allow you to see multiple objects at once, making them perfect for spotting game or tracking animals. They can also be used as training tools by watching video footage or training your dog on target practice. 2. Binoculars- binoculars provide a wider field of view than monoculars, making them ideal for capturing details in close up situations. They can also be used as night vision devices to see through clouds or darkness. 3. Telescopic sights- telescopic sights allow you to zoom in on your target so that you can better see it from a great distance away. These sights are especially useful when hunting big game such as deer or hogs because they give you a clear view of your prey from any angle possible.

The first scopes were designed for use by hunters to help them scope out prey. They were crude and had a small lens. Over time, different technologies were developed to make scopes more accurate and efficient. Today, most scopes are made with a wide-angle lens, making them perfect for hunting large game animals or target practice.
