In 2008, Colt began manufacture of an import line of Holsterized pistols called “Gunfighter” products compatible with most Smith & Wesson revolvers (except Shield) made prior to 1978 (excluding models produced after 1978). This new line included several types of holsters including IWB, OWB, Kydex or Nylon retention systems as well as different pistol grips/stocks to fit any revolver model from any era(Note: gunfighters were not limited to Smith & Wesson revolvers)

From 1951 until it closed its doors in 1963, the company produced many different types of holsters including Drawstring Holsters, HID Holster Systems, and even an air-Cord Holster. In 1963, Daly's son Charles Jr., took over the business and continued production until his death in 1984. It is interesting to note that Charles Jr.'s father had died a few years earlier. In 1985, the company moved to its current location on State Street inLindon. The current owner of the business is Charles III Daly who also runs a clothing store across the street from their old manufacturing site.

It has one elementary school (grades K-6) and three high schools: Lindon High School (7-12), Roosevelt High School (13-18), and West Valley Academy (19-21). Lindon is located in eastern Juab County about east of Cedar City and west of Provo. The elevation is . According to the 2010 census, Lindon has a total population of 214 people residing in 36 households. There are 17 families. The median household income is $50,833 and the median family income is $64,667. Males have a median income of $41,250 versus $28,750 for females. The per capita income is $20,917. About 1/3 of the population lives below poverty line. Utah State Route 191 passes through or nearLindon with access to I–15 southbound from Cedar City

Lindon was discovered in 1847 by George C. Smith and James W. Watt, two men who were looking for a shortcut to the Great Salt Lake. The town was founded on June 26, 1847, by John S. Lindon and his family. At first, the town only consisted of a few homes and a schoolhouse; but it quickly grew into a small community with over 1,000 residents. The early years of Lindon were difficult because the area was still part of what is now Utah Territory. However, through hard work and determination, the town managed to become successful. In addition to its success as a local agricultural center, Lindon also became known for its lumber industry which helped make it one of the most prosperous towns in Utah during this time period.
