Other major employers include Unified Health Services which employs 513 people at its CarePlex facility in downtown CedarCity; Myriad Genetics LLC which operates One Medical Center; Kwik Trip Inc.; Western Softball League's Colorado Springs affiliate USSSA Grand Mesa; Waco Casino Resort; and many other smaller businesses throughout downtown CedarCity.
