After 1945, AWR Company 1 ceased operations and its assets were passed along to other businesses which continued sales until 1974 when all remaining inventory was sold off completely. The post-war years were difficult for many Texan businesses including AWR Company 1 because there wasn’t an increase in demand associated with war-time production changes such as increased production costs due to new technology being Introduced into ammunition manufacturing during this period (e.g., machine guns). Consequently, Ammo prices went up significantly making it difficult for consumers who couldn’t afford high-priced rounds anymore; however, some retailers managed to stay afloat nonetheless by stocking lower priced rounds equivalent or even same strength as those expensive enough only 2 yrs after WW2 ended...thus perpetuating these types of "gun store" Ammo availability around town

The town was founded in 1887 by John H. Terrell as an agricultural center on the banks of the Trinity River. The name "Terrell" came from a Cherokee word meaning "place where goods are brought." In 1907, Terrell became a city when it incorporated under the name Tylerville. During World War II, Terrell was named one of four locations in Texas designated for training air-crews for combat in Europe. The other three were Beaumont/Forth Worth (Brady), Galveston/Houston Heights (McLaren) and Waco/Denton (Patton). In 1947, Terrell annexed Ibañez Township which had been withinTyler County since 1876 but had never been registered with the county government. Ibañez Township has populated since before that time and its current residents are all Native Americans who came to Texas from Oklahoma during this time period to establish new settlements near present-day Tyler and FM 646 east of highway 20 years ago today: Apache Trail Indian Reservation

Terrell is a town in Bastrop County, Texas, United States. The population was 1,851 at the 2010 census. It was one of the original towns on the west side of Fort Worth during its early years. The town's name comes from Confederate General Robert E. Lee's headquarters in nearby Tyler. Terrell is located on FM 359 and TX 281/290 east of Tyler and north of Richland Hills. The first settlers in what is now Terrell were Frenchmen who came to the area in 1836 as part of the Texan-Mexican War effort to cross into Mexico and overthrow Mexican rule over North Texas. They named their new village after General Robert E. Lee, who had defended Atlanta against Confederate forces before being taken prisoner at Appomattox Court House in 1865. In 1887, Terrell became one of two communities along Railroad Avenue (now US 287) that were combined to form a new town known as Tyler . At that time, it was still an unincorporated community with a small population because most families continued to farm near their homes until railroads arrived and made transportation more available for people and goods alike. By 1909, when the Town Council voted to rename itself "Terrell" after General Robert E. Lee's hometown on the east side of Tyler (but without changing its spelling), it had a population totaling about 150 people . In 1960, when Bastrop County was created from parts of Travis County, Terrell lost its status as an unincorporated community but retains its name as a historical landmark . When Interstate 35E opened up through central Texas in 1970, most residents left what they considered an inhospitable environment behind them and moved into surrounding counties such as McLennan or Johnson City . However, many residents remain here today including many farmers who continue to grow crops on land that has been owned by their families since before railroad service arrived
