Additionally Oak Cliff has recently annexed much territory east along I-10W from Garland back into Schaumburg while Terrell Heights annexation finalized just north east on I-10W near campus at Terrell Heights High School completed in 2013 completes another large area compacted by developers/builders over several years inside Schaumburg's limits just southwest (and eventually southeast) of where I-10 meets US 60/Texarkana Rd., making Schaumburg effectively a twin city adjacent only to Dallas for now but one day may become completely separate by annexation or through competition fromDallas for limited land usage within its borders
