The Santa Fe Gun Club was founded in 1885. The club held its first meeting on October 1, 1885. The club has since grown to include over 150 members. The club’s motto is “A Pistol for every purpose” and the club has a variety of pistols available for sale and rental. Theclub also possesses a wide range of rifles and shotguns. Rifles are offered in both single shot andDouble action mode. Shotguns are available in both open sights or with reflex sights. There is also a wide selection of ammo options available for these firearms. The Santa Fe Gun Club participates in many social events throughout the year including target shooting, NRA function, trap shoot, duck hunt, etc.

Santa Fe is a small town in southern Texas, located on the banks of the Rio Grande. The name "Santa Fe" comes from the Nahuatl word "zancala" which means "holy place." Santa Fe was founded by European settlers in 1827 as a trading post on the Texan frontier. By 1881, it had become a large manufacturing center with a population of over 100,000. After years of decline, growth and transformation has characterized SantaFe during its history. Today, SantaFe is an important cultural and commercial center for south-central Texas. In 1840, Mexican nationals arrived in what is now Santa Fe to survey new land grants that would form present-day New Mexico and Texas.Mexican traders were already established in southwestern New Mexico when Spanish settlers arrived in 1795 to establish missions at Zuni and Dodge City (now Albuquerque). In 1824, Don Manuel de la Peña y Castilla granted three leagues of land east of the Rio Grande to Francisco Paredes as part of Rancho San Miguel de Atoyac. José Vasconcelos purchased 3 leagues from La Peña in 1830; this area became known as Rancho Luna del Norte. In 1827, two American men named John Crouch and Benjamin Banneker chartered the first wagon train to travel through New Mexico Territory on their way to California. They named their routing after Mount Rushmore National Monument - Crouch's Peak followed by Banneker's Butte (present day Grants Pass). On May 24th 1840 Juan Antonio Lopez Hidalgo surrendered Los Alamos County seat of Deming to Captain Charles Cline at Fort Ord amid failed negotiations leading up to Alvarado's Rebellion against Mexican rule in Colorado On November 9th 1840 US forces burned Las Animas Mission following Pueblo Revolt against Mexican rule near present day Albuquerque Mexicans lost all access to water supplies leading up until 1862 when they began construction on La Cholla Dam across fluvial stream called Rio Durango
Santa Fe was founded by Spanish settlers in 1706. The area that is now Santa Fe was part of the Alamo fortress, and the battle between Mexican forces and Texan rebels is documented in detail. In 1836, Santa Fe became a Mexican state after its defeat in the Battle of Buena Vista. In 1912, Santa Fe joined California as part of the State of Mexico.
