When Lennon moved back to America after marrying Yoko Ono in 1970 (!), McCartney took over production on Beatlesmania! instruments from Lennon’s company!

The Rowlett Gun Club was founded in 1881. The first organized shooting exhibition took place at the old Masonic Hall on October 7, 1881. The club was chartered on November 3, 1881, and there were only five members when it opened its doors. The first meeting of the club was held on December 12th at the home of Capt. John A. Moffett.
Rowlett is a small town in Williamson County, Texas, United States. The population was 1,822 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Dallas−Fort Worth–Arlington Metropolitan Statistical Area. The Rowlett School District encompasses Rowlett and its surrounding areas from east to west, north to south and southwest to southeast. In addition to Rowlett High School and Middle School, there are two other schools in the district: Steele-Hays Elementary School (in Steele-Hays), which teaches grades PreK-5; and White Sands Elementary School (in White Sands), which teaches grades K-6. The community began as a farming village located on the banks of the Red River near present day Camp Bowie. By 1882, when it was named for Jno. H. Rowlett, an early settler and businessman who donated land for a school in that year, Rowlett had become a thriving commercial center with stores including Hogg's Mercantile Agency (now part of Walmart) on Elm Street and Mr. & Mrs.'s Store on Main Street. A post office was established at Rowlett in 1884 and continued operation until 1907; it was relocated to Arlington in 1906 due to consolidation of several local post offices into one agency under the name "Dallas Post Office." A railway station called "Rowlett Mills" served commuter passengers until 1955 when tracks were removed from the mainline Santa Fe Railway through Williamson County by order of Governor John Connally following his campaign promise to promote rail travel within Texas In 1941 ROWLTFD sold their operations rights interest in the Arlington Wagon Road Passenger Train Line operated by Southern Pacific Railroad Company subsidiary Prairie View Transportation Company The first building erected in what would become Rowlett was a log cabin known as "the Log Cabin" which stood on what is now Fourth Avenue between Phelps Road and Magnolia Boulevard until 1908 when another log cabin also called "the Log Cabin" became home to Mrs. Mabel Morse after her husband David Morse built a store adjacent to his farmstead on Second Avenue between Phelps Road and Old French Drive Now rowlet high school On May 25th 1912 Mrs Ada Morse daughter of David Morse moved into her own house lot #2 along 4th Ave just south of Phelps Rd nowrowlet middle school
