High Capacity Kits, also known as "HCKs", are a type of kit that is designed to increase the performance of a firearm. The Glock 17 Hi-Cap Kit was available only to Glock Firearms Dealers worldwide. In 1999, Kalashnikov released its own high capacity kit called the AK47/74H Hi-Capreload Kit. This kit consist of an Upper Receiver Assembly (URA),Magazine well capacitor (MWC),Gas tube connector (GTConnector), Gas tube clamp bolt (#2 Extension Tube Clamp Bolt #2) & Gas Tube screw (#3 Extension Tube Clamp Bolt #3). The AK47/74H Hi-Capreload Kit was available only to Russian Military Personnel Only & it did not include any accessories such as sights or grips! In 2003 Brownells introduced their version of the hicap mag pouches which became popular among law enforcement agencies around the world due to their low profile design & ability to carry more rounds than traditional mag pouches without sacrificing functionality or aesthetics!

On November 3rd, 1951 Romia organized itself into its current form as an unincorporated community with full voting rights by its residents pursuant to Act No 73-1951 which became effective on January 1st 1957 After over 50 years without formal incorporation or status quo change until establishment as an unincorporatedcommunity upon enactment of section 527a(c)oftheTexasRepublic ConstitutiononJuly1st1984thecommunitybecameanincomparablesovereignvillagewithintheRepublicoftexas."
