The Ar15 platform began its spread within law enforcement in the late 1990s when Glock introduced their G21 handgun which used an Ar14 receiver. However, it was not until 2003 that ATF approved Ar15 rifles for sale to Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs) under section 922(g) of the USA PATRIOT Act. Under this rule, LGAs are able to purchase rifles chambered in any type of ammo they choose without having to comply with specific firearm regulations like magazine capacity or barrel length restrictions. After being cleared by ATF, LGAs began shipment of these new rifles throughout 2006 through dealers across America. Assemblies typically take around two months to complete which gives police departments plenty of time to get their hands on quality guns before potential criminals have a chance to acquire them ready-made.

After theDallas–Plainview Agreement ended in 1906 due to financial reasons, Plainview did not have any major agreements with other cities until 1912 when it entered into an agreement with Fort Worth for goods exported from that city's foundry complex. In 1914 Plainview annexed portions of neighboring towns Rangeley and Springdale which made it a subsection of Fort Worth unincorporated territory within Cooke County but still part of Johnston County government. Beginning around 1915, PlainVIEW began producing eggs which were marketed under the name "Prairie View". This company continued until 1925 when it merged with another egg producer to become "Egg Marketing Corporation". For years afterwards Plains All American Football Club used Eggs Marketing Corporation products as their official feeder item for their players only - this policy has been followed even today by Prairie View A&M University's football program who use Eagle Brand Eggproduction supplements since 1978

In recent years, PlainVIEW has seen increasing gentrification due to its proximity to Houston's downtown areas and its growing number of nightlife choices like Live Nation'sHouston Astrodome (an outdoor stadium) and NRG Energy Stadium which are both located within walking distance of town limits
