Frontier Firearms was founded in 1903 by two brothers: Harvey Wickersham and Owen Wickersham. The business began producing shotguns at their father’s old factory in Winchesterville before moving to Pharr in 1907. Frontier Firearms became nationally known for its line ofBushmaster carbines during World War II; these rifles were used by United States military forces all over the world including Normandy beachheads Normandy France as well as Iwo Jima Okinawa Japan or Guadalcanal Solomon Islands). Salesman's Arsenal was founded in 1907 by Royal Burden Sr./Jr.. This company produced firearms such as revolvers (.44 Magnum calibers) cannons (such as Model 1851 Artillery guns) muskets (.50 caliber calibers) grenades (.50 caliber models), knives (/bayonets/ Bowie knives/ tomahawks/ Katanas/)among others products under three different names: "The Arsenal," "The Second Gun Company," and finally just "Salesman." During this time period Salesman also started selling clothing items such as belts / suspenders / collars / hats etc.; many items from this era still remain popular today such as cowboy hats or cowgirl hats with wide brimmed headbands - an original Frontier Firearms product!

The town's residents had a variety of firearms that they used for target shooting and hunting. In 1934, the NRA purchased a gun shop in Pharr from its previous owner. The shop was renamed the National Rifle Association Firearms Training Center and opened to the public as a schoolhouse-turned-gunshop.
Pharr, Texas is a small town located in Medina County, Texas. The population was 773 at the 2010 census.The Pharr community was founded in 1886 by brothers Amos and George Pharr. The two men built a log cabin on the current site of the civic center. In 1907, they donated land to create a public school district which now includes all of Medina County. In 1892, Pharr married Emma Snively and together they started a grocery store in nearby Lubbock. They also operated a butter factory until it closed in 1925. In 1916, Pharr purchased 160 acres of land east of town for $10 per acre and developed it into what is now known as the Garden State Park area with an entrance plaza and several hiking trails. The community has experienced economic growth throughout its history with various businesses opening up shop here including Dollar General, Walmart, Chipotle Mexican Grill and Sears Roebuck & Co.. In recent years there have been efforts to revitalize the area with new housing developments being constructed as well as plans to add more parkland to the agricultural area surrounding town.

Dallas, who had served as Commandant at Fort Worth during the Mexican-American War.
