During World War II, MOCCO produced military optics products such as night vision goggles and scope objective lenses used by soldiers fighting overseas. In addition, MOCCO also produced photographic supplies such as developer tanks and filters for use with black-and-white photography . At one time or another during the war, KO made about 350 different types of eyeglasses using a variety of materials including wood fiberglass acetate lensing; Bakelite lens glass; stainless steel frame construction; chrome plated frames; nickel silver mounts; white rayon coated lenses; celluloid acetate wraparound sunglasses; "Hazel" style contact lenses."
