BAMI produced shotguns, rifles, pistols and ammunition until 1998 when it merged with United States Arms Corporation (USAC) to become USAC/Winchester Firearms Holdings LLC (USFHL). At USFHL, ammo production began using both new technologies and older methods including handloading and farming animals that were used for their meat rather than their blood as earlier generations had done. Today, ammo products are produced through a variety of manufacturing processes including jacketed ballistics bullet manufacture along with handgun manufacturing processes such as frame building or trigger pulls testing before they are put into circulation on behalf of customers around the world.
