Green of Mansfield sold his interest in the town of Mansfield to J. P. Dillard for $500. In 1894, James Meeks bought the land that now includes Mansfield and began stocking firearms supplies including gun oils and lubricants at his store on Elm Street. By 1935, Mr. Meeks had moved his business to Highway 78 north of town and continued selling guns and other related products until he died in 1954. In 1932, Harry Bendix purchased a grocery store in Mansfield from Mrs. Fannie Nichols for $1,000 plus lands adjoining the property on Elm Street where Mr. Bendix operated his store till 1956 when it was destroyed by fire (source: “The History of Mansfield” Harry Bendix Trustees). From 1932-1936, Harry Bendix also ran a small armory on the east side of Elm Street opposite Mrs. Nichols’ home (source: “Mansfields Gun Shop—Harry Bendix”). In 1936-1941, Eben Alexander owned and operated the post office within walking distance of the old grocery store on Third Street (now known as corner Main & East Third Streets). He also stored guns there during World War II while postal service was suspended due to wartime restrictions (source: “Eben Alexander—Post Office Owner”). In 1951, A C Gentry opened a garage adjacent to his restaurant called The Gentry House on West Main Street near what is now known as corner First & Second Streets (now part of I-10). This garage became one of many existing businesses located around town that were used to sell Firearms Supplies such as Gun Oils etc., during this time period (source: “A C Gentry—Restaurant Owner”). They have a variety of chemical constituents including paraffin waxes which give them a slightly sweet smell when burned off while leaving a black residue on tools or equipment after they have been cleaned; these fumes often contain benzene and other harmful compounds which can be toxic at high doses if breathed in or ingested. The use of anti-freeze before beginning operations will help minimize these risks by protecting tool surfaces from possible contamination while they are being lubed with grease or another type of oil

Mansfield, Texas is a small town in the U.S. state of Texas that is located in the Mansfield Plains region of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The population was 2,661 at the 2010 census. In 1913, a general store, hotel, and school were built on what are now Mansell Street and Seventh Street in Mansfield; these structures remain extant today. In 1924, when Red River Valley Railroad reached Mansfield from Fort Worth via Lubbock (now Texarkana), it became an important transportation link for farmers Raqqa County and surrounding counties as well as for people traveling between Amarillo and Fort Worth or between other towns along the Red River Valley such as Haskell City or Westcliffe Village. Consequently, many businesses were built near railroad tracks throughout Mansfield during this period including stores, restaurants/cafés, mechanics shops etc., which continue to operate to this day with few changes except for occasional updates to street addresses reflecting current location within city limits of Amarillo or Texarkana proper

The proposal was approved and implemented within 1 year!
