Scope Mounts have come a long way since their early days in Hidalgo. In 1912, The Mount Company became the first scope mount company in America when they started manufacturing mounts for rifles with magnification levels up to 3800x. By 1915, The Mount Company had produced more than 1,000 products featuring high-power optics. They continued producing products until 1918 when they disbanded due to World War I production limitations. In 1919, Spanish Rifle & Pistol Manufacturers Association (SRPA) was formed and began producing scopes for American Riflemen throughout Spain. This new industry brought new opportunity to The Mount Company as they were able to produce mounting brackets specifically designed for Spanish rifles and pistols. From then on until 1931 they would be known as "The Scopemount Corporation." During this time period they manufactured products including turrets/buttons/lugs and other mounting accessories for both military and civilian use alike. In 1932 SRPA merged into Browning Arms Co., Ltd., which would later become Browning Arms Incorporated (BAI). In 1934 BAI produced its first firearm using 3 inch reflex sights called the P-38 series pistol handgun chambered in .380 ACP caliber utilizing recoil adjustable objective lenses by Los Angeles Optical Works (LOOW). These sights utilized forged aluminum alloy tubing filled with black glass lens material which provided an extremely clear image even under low light conditions while still providing reasonable windage adjustmentability at 100 yards or greater! barrel lengths of all calibers were eventually offered through BAI including 12 gauge (.410), 6mm Remington (.308 Winchester), 5” Creedmoor (.243 Winchester), 10” Blued Excaliber Lever Action Bore Gun (Exchamber bore Ruger 10/22) and 8mm Remington Magnum! In 1848, the Mexican-American War began and Hidalgo County was among the most heavily fought areas. In October of that year, General Antonio López de Santa Anna ordered the arrest of a group of Mexicans who had gathered to celebrate Christmas in the town of Hidalgo. As officers arrived to investigate, they found a large crowd of unarmed men and women waiting for them. The men were dragged into custody and thrown into jails in nearby San Miguel County. On December 12, 1848, Mexican forces raided an American military camp near present-day San Marcos and killed 11 American soldiers as well as two civilians. This event is considered one of the earliest acts of violence against Americans in Texas. Three weeks later, on January 9th, 1850, another group of Mexicans attacked an American farm northeast of Austin with approval from Santa Anna. The militiamen responded by shooting and killing nine Mexican attackers before retreating back to their headquarters at Alamo Heights. This series of events led to increased tensions between Texans and Mexicans throughout the state; some called for open warfare while others advocated for diplomacy or economic sanctions against Mexico City. On February 15th 1850, Santa Anna ordered his army to attack what he thought was a peaceful crowd gathering at Matagorda Creek outside Austin; instead, more than 100 Mexicans were killed or wounded before retreating without further losses. The violence continued intermittently through 1851 but generally subsided following Santa Anna's removal from office in April that year following allegations surrounding his role in concessions negotiated with Presidencia Manuel López de la Madrid during her time as presidente provisional de México (1846-1848). From then until 1861 when it all came to a head with an abortive attempt on March 2nd by Mexican forces at Buena Vista Springs involving over 200 Texan casualties including 20 members of the Texas Rangers force under Colonel Stephen Averill - this is known as The Gadsden Purchase - Mexican activity in Hidalgo increased significantly

The first expansion mount was the MAZDA 626E. This mount allowed the addition of a third rail on either side of the bike, which allowed for increased range and firepower when using certain optics. The history of Hidalgo, Texas can be traced back to the 1850s. The area now known as Hidalgo County was settled by Mexican Americans in the early 1800s. In 1836, Mexico City was occupied by U.S. forces during the Mexican-American War and, as a result, much of what is now Hidalgo County was taken over by American settlers. One of the earliest American settlers in this region was John Barker, who arrived in 1837 and named his land Hidalgo County after General Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna, who had been captured and executed by U.S. forces at Buena Vista on April 6 that year. At first, many of these settlers were farmers and traders who used the area for grazing their herds of cattle and hogs. However, over time some began to build homes and start businesses within this new community. Some of these pioneers include Harry Sibley (who donated 128 acres to become what is now downtown Hidalgo), Wm.[later] Ewing (who donated 1 acre for a church and cemetery), Samuel Ladd (whose store became one of the most successful in town) and Captn[e] James Boggs (whose family later founded Boggs Furniture). Over time there developed a strong culture based on Anglo-Saxon Protestant values which persists to this day in central Texas. This culture has its roots in early English colonists who came here during the 18th century; they brought with them traditions such as Christianity, lawlessness, self-reliance and agriculturebased economy which continue to play an important role in local life today. As a result of these influences - along with natural resources available here - central Texas quickly became one of America's most prosperous regions during the 19th century! During World War II significant numbers of Texans served their country both inside and outside our borders; many eventually reached high levels of fame or distinction including Lt.[ Colonel] William "Billy" Graham (founder/presidential candidate) among others! A number also perished fighting alongside their friends overseas but it is still difficult for many people to understand just how importanttxHidalgo county played during World War II – particularly given that so few are aware that our military presence actually started small back when we incorporated into Webb County!

The city grew rapidly after it was established, and by 1860 it had a population of over 100,000 people. In 1865, the town became the capital of Alvarado County. The city declined during the 1870s due to heavy cotton production in Texas and a consequent decrease in its population. However, from the early 21st century onward, Hidalgo has seen an increase in development due to its proximity to Houston and its position as a bedroom community for those living inHouston.
