From 1907-1912, Greenville was part of Brownsville which also included San Antonio and Nacogdoches before becoming its own municipality again in 1912. Today, Greenville is a small town located just north of Dallas with a population of around 10,000 people and is home to many major businesses including ExxonMobil and FedEx Ground
