The next regulations we see come about midway through the 19th century are Licensing Laws #1-5 which set out requirements for obtaining licenses for owning firearms including having an identification card with your name on it (further proof you own firearm) being present when you apply for said license; being 21 years or older at the time of signing up; paying $200 per year plus “rent” amount equal to 1/3rd of your current monthly salary [the rentppe was raised starting in 1916]; surrendering all known warrants against you or against any person within 500 feet of your house; completely enclosing your firearm shop/storage place no less than 25 feet wide by 20 feet deep with 10 foot high barriers between store front & side entrances & rear parking lot; providing 24 hours notice before selling any arms or ammunition ; carrying insurance on all pistols sold ; & having 3 nights/year firearm storage permit . These laws went into effect starting July 1st 1868 when white men could only possess 2 shotguns each while rifles were limited to 1 per household until July 1st 1898 when rifle ownership expanded again! These regulations did little though because shortly thereafter Black Texans began buying firearms unrestrictedly? After much debate black Texans finally received their own handgun registration act which took effect March 15th 1902 however African Americans continued purchasing unregistered firearms until 1934 when all handgun possession ended statewide! One interesting footnote about these regulations is that they appear nowhere else BUT Gun Control Bill 323 which proposes amending § 11-12 PCGS Uniform Firearms License Code

In 1934, First National Bank opened its doors in downtown Greenville with 15 floors of retail space comprising over 350 stores including such well known names as JCPenney and Kmart amongst others In 1957, Southeastern Methodist University (EMU) relocated from Dallas to greenville following annexation by Tarrant County In 1969 Southeastern Methodist University moved again to their present location on College Station Boulevard in northeast Greenville after being donated by Dr Pepper divisions parent company PepsiCo Civic activism has been an important force in keeping Greenville alive through donations towards local causes such as building city hall and refurbishing old school buildings like High School #5 In 2002 Mayor Vernon Jordan proclaimed "National Cleanup Day" to promote environmental awareness throughout the community while also celebrating local clean up efforts done by citizens As one of North America's Fastest Growing Cities - With over A Million Residents - TXDOT has made progressions that have helped improve public transportation options within walking distance for residents throughout the City limits . The city was founded on December 6, 1879 by J.D. Garland and other settlers from Kentucky as a small town named Greenville on the east side of the Trinity River. He also donated land for Rice University which was groundbreaking on November 20th, 1923 when Drs James Goodale (a radiologist) and Sidney Sayers (an astronomer) created Rice University Parklands which include over 12 acres (4 ha) of unique natural history preserves adjacent to campus where students can explore plants from all 50 states as well as more than 800 species collected during field trips funded by Rice University Foundation since its inception through an agreement between Rice University President Jerry Brown and Secretary Tom Price that has lasted until 2007 . Greenville is located in East Texas and has been a part of the United States since 1836. The city was founded by Captain James Fayette Richardson and named for him, who had earlier served as a colonel in the Mexican-American War. In 1881, Greenville became the county seat of Hardin County and remained so until 1903. Greenville was first settled by Anglo-Saxon farmers from eastern England in the late eighteenth century. The early settlers were primarily Methodists, but later religious groups including Baptists, Presbyterians, Episcopalians and Lutherans arrived. growth in agriculture led to increased trade with Mexico during the nineteenth century and by 1900 there were over 1,000 businesses operating in the city. By 1930, there were only ninety businesses still extant in Greenville. The cotton industry declined during World War II due to its strategic location on U.S.-Mexico borderland; however, it rebound following the war thanks to synthetic fibres becoming available from Japan and other countries. A large oil refineries operated near Greenville until they closed around 1990; however, greenfield development has restored some of those facilities as office buildings and residential complexes since then.
