Scope mounts have been around for a long time in Gainesville, Texas. There are a few different types of mounts available on the market today, but the most popular type is the scope mount. His invention involved creating a design called an "Elmer" mount which consisted of three parts: an armoire (which held onto either a bipod or monopod), a baseplate (which formed part of your rifle's stock), and an elmquist nut (which screwed into one end of your Armoire). This mount allowed shooters to Attach scopes directly to their rifles without having any specialized equipment required! This type of mount became increasingly popular over time, and eventually replaced all previous types throughout much of Europe and North America. The most common type of Dovetail mount is called DTACS which stands for “DirectTM Access Coaster System”. This mount uses a rotating platform that resides within a standard dovetail rail system. You will notice that there is often not one hole bored into both surfaces opposite from where your sights will be installed; this is because this type of mount utilizes a Dual Tilt Scoping Sight (DTAS) which can provide variable elevation adjustments when used with optical magnification devices like 3x magnifiers and higher). Other variants utilizing Picatinny rails include Crossman Rails which feature nine holes along their length allowing for addition/removal of accessories like bipods, lasers etc.. All major firearms manufacturers offer some form of Weaver-style mount whether it be Picatinny, DTACS, Crossman or even Mil-Spec 1913 rails!

Gainesville is a small town in north-central Texas, located on the banks of the Sabine River. The population was 7,802 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area. The first European to visit Gainesville was José de Urquiza in 1823. The town was founded by Judge John Swayne in 1827 as a Log Cabin settlement on what is now White Sands Road. In 1830, Gainesville incorporated as a village and became one of twenty towns that formed the Panhandle Township of Dallas County, Texas during the Mexican American War (1846-48). gainesville's early boosters were local farmers who saw potential for growth in this sparsely populated region. In 1865, when General Zachary Taylor invaded Mexico and took over Texan territory west of El Paso, Gainesville was among those communities caught up in his military campaign. For two years from 1865 to 1870,gainesville saw continuous military engagement as Texans fought for control of what is now south Austin County and east Tejas County. At one point during this time, second lieutenant George Aynesworth led an assault against a Mexican garrison at Churubusco Hill which resulted in three killed and nineteen wounded; Aynesworth was later awarded the Medal of Honor for his distinguished actions that day. Bishop James Vannigham visited Gainesville on October 15th 1865 with fifteen other clergymen from across Texas to preach to Confederate troops stationed there at Fort Worth Jail while Confederate leaders met with President Abraham Lincoln to discuss strategy ahead of their surrender at Appomattox Court House on April 9th 1865. Wylie built Midland Oil & Refining Company which operated until 1907 when it merged with Standard Oil Co., becoming FirstEnergy Corporation . In 1907 FirstEnergy Corporation acquired Gulfstream Petroleum Corp which then merged into ExxonMobil Incorporated . In 2007 ExxonMobil sold its interests in FirstEnergy Corporation to ChevronTexaco plc . maintains various cultural attractions such as Palace Theatre Branch School District

The history of expandable mounts goes back to the early days of photography when photographers had to make do with small and limited means. Gainesville, Texas is a small town located in Hudspeth County, Texas, United States. The population was 1,853 at the 2010 census. Gainesville was founded in 1879 by John Pemberton and his wife Sarah. It became a community after it was selected as the location for a new post office on November 15, 1879. A two-story schoolhouse served as the first building in Gainesville. The original post office closed on May 3, 1880 due to lack of customers. However, the second building served as the town's first courthouse from 1880 to 1886. In 1907, Gainesville incorporated as a city and soon became one of the most populous towns in Hudspeth County with an estimated population of over 10,000 people. In 1938, when Hudspeth County merged into Austin County,[1] Gainesville remained an unincorporated community within Austin County until that year when it reemerged as part of Hudspeth City.[2] On December 12th of that year, Mayor Harry Richardson proclaimed that gainesville had become official city status and renamed it "Gainesville".[3][4]gainesville has experienced many changes throughout its history: from being an unincorporated community inside Austin County to becoming an official city within Hudspeth City to now being called "Gainville".[5][6][7] gainsville has seen growth both during its time as an unincorporatedcommunity within AustinCounty and afterwards when it reemergedas part ofHudspethCity; this growth has included several large developments such asthe constructionofan expressway through gainesville whichledto more residents moving into the town and increased development around it; also major events have happenedingainville such asspawningofthecity's first mayor[8], hosting national championships for gymnastics[9],and even becoming host toa music festival called "The Great American Bash" which took place at N Comercial Center in August 2009.[10]
Gainesville was founded on November 17, 1836 by General Sam Houston and his troops. The original town center was located near present-day University Park. The first store opened in 1838. Gainesville grew rapidly with the arrival of settlers, and within a few years had a population of 100 people. In 1840, the town became an official county seat. By 1850, Gainesville had a population of 2,500 people and became an important trading post on the Santa Fe Trail. In 1861, Confederate forces captured Gainesville after a siege that lasted three days. On May 10th, 1865, Union forces entered Gainesville and burned all the buildings before driving out the Confederates. In 1892, Gainesville was named one of the twenty-six towns in Texas to be granted city status by Governor George Hogg. The first mayor of Gainesville was Jno Witherspoon who served from 1893 to 1897; he is also known as the founder of modern day downtown Gainesville. From 1907 until 1923, Mayor John Nance Garner led negotiations for annexation by Dallas which would have made Gainesville a city but this effort failed due to strong local opposition includingrumors that Garner might have taken bribes from developers in order to support annexation efforts
