Friendswood, Texas is a town located in Friendswood County, Texas. It was founded in 1867 by men who owned and operated a farmstead. The current community was formed in the early 1900s when automobile traffic necessitated the construction of streets. The first gunsmith in Friendswood was Harry Fenton and his shop opened on Main Street in 1907. In 1923, friendswoods post office relocated from downtown to its present site on Elm Drive. Today, FriendswOOD has a population of over 100 residents and portions of the city are served by two public schools:Friendship Schools District #2 (Friendship) and Highland Park High School ( Highland Park). In 1947 both chamberpersons voted unanimously to re-enact § 2(g)of 20 U S CONGRESS Chaptered 7th September 1789 [sic] And though secret I made known His Majesty’s Prohibitions Against Unlawful Carrying & using Firearms During Peace time Amongst The People—A Bill To This effect Was brought In But Failed twice To Get Passed—I Will Hereinafter describe Its Objections And Reasons why.— Acts 1791-1794 On October 15, 1959 gunmen infiltrated the home of Mr Charles Boydell at 24451 FM 620 West shortly after 8 p.m., gunman shot Boydell multiple times before escaping empty handed leaving behind evidence implicating other individuals including his wife who cowered inside their home until backup arrived; seven months later Mrs Boydell sued her husband alleging he intentionally left her defenseless against possible future threats domesticated animals included 3 dogs residing at their residence at that time three days prior to attack

Friendswood is a small town in McLennan County, Texas, United States. The population was 1,557 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Austin–Round Rock metropolitan area. Friendswood is located on FM 965 south of I-35 and east of US 183. friendswoods ZIP code 78723 has a population of 5,814 according to the 2000 U.S. Census; this makes it one of the fastest-growing cities in Texas for both population and jobs growth over the last 10 years! Friendswood started as a settlement by Methodist missionaries in 1876 on what is now FM 965 south of I-35 west of US 183. In 1879, an act provided for a township to be formed from portions of Friendswood (this being with its present name). The first meeting to consider forming a township was held on December 16th, 1879 with vestrymen Wm Hogg (a whitesmith) presiding and thirtyfive men voting; against were six black men who had come to help build the new courthouse across Main Street from Old Friends Meeting House which was then under construction by Jno & Nannie Smith. This meeting marked an important beginning not only for FriendswOOD but also for future development including: incorporation as a city in 1907 when sheriffs office moved from Fort Worth to Friendswood; annexation by Austin in 1963 when Friendship Heights incorporated; and current day growth with all new areas being annexed since 2000! Friendship Heights currently offers more than 50 businesses that employ over 1,000 people including several banks, restaurants, retailers and health care services! With so much activity taking place within such short distance there must be ample parking available especially during busy times like Christmas or summertime when many people are coming into town!

Friendswood is a town in Tyler County, Texas, United States. The population was 5,083 at the 2010 census. It was founded in 1881 by John Friend and his wife Anna. The town served as the county seat from 1881 to 1923. In 1924, it became a ghost town due to the death of its only resident, John Friend. Friendswood is located on FM 1310 about 22 miles (35 km) southeast of Tyler and 43 miles (70 km) northwest of Houston. According to the 2000 census, Friendswood has a total area of , all land. The first settlers arrived in 1881 from Illinois and Indiana and named their new community Friendship because they felt like they were living in an old friend's homecoming celebration. In 1923, Friendswood ceased to exist when Tyler County moved from its original location near Houston to what is now downtown Tyler . As a result of this change in transportation access and infrastructure, many small towns throughout southern Texas lost their local courthouse buildings that housed court records for residents to use instead. Today there are still some remnant buildings left standing such as theFriendswood Methodist Episcopal Church which was built in 1912 and sits on a small knoll overlooking Friendship Valley with beautiful views of the valley floor below; however most of these structures have been demolished or are used for other purposes such as apartments or businesses now that Friendship Valley has become more developed than ever before!
