This gun was designed by engineer George Tussock and manufactured by the Freeport Manufacturing Company. The Tussock Gun had a revolver grip that allowed it to be carried with either one hand. It fired single shot pistols weighing up to three pounds each. The following year, 1907, the Freeport Manufacturing Company produced the "Flintlock Pistol." This pistol had a hammer action that allowed it to be operated with one hand while still carrying the weapon in another hand. It fired single shot pistols weighing up to two pounds each. In 1908, Freeport Manufacturing Company produced the "Patriot Rifle." This rifle had an action that allowed it to be operated with both hands while still holding the weapon in one hand. It fired multiple rounds per minute from .30 caliber revolvers or .38 caliber handguns using fixed ammunition belts fed through magazines located on either side of the rifle's stock.

Freeport, Texas is a city located in Johnson County, Texas, United States. It was founded in 1887 by J.P. Morgan and named for the Dutch trading post at the same site. The name "Freeport" came from an early Spanish-American War fortification on the bank of the Brazos River near present-day Freeport Municipal Airport. From here, traders transported goods upstream to be shipped downriver on riverboats to markets all over North America before being landed at Houston or Galveston for market sale or shipment back upriver again In 1902, Mayor Wm Haggerty persuaded Texan millionaire James Murchison to invest $2 million in dredging rights for a new portage across the Brazos River from Pecos Island near modern day Lufkin/Edinburg so freighters could avoid landing on Bexar Bayou then proceeding upriver through San Jacinto Pass before reaching Freeport Murchison's venture led eventually to Freeport's incorporation as a city on December 1st, 1912 . At its peak during World War II both local manufacturing companies and military personnel generated significant employment within the city limits but following economic recession during late 1940s & 1950s this all stopped as jobs relocated inland or left town altogether due primarily to technological advancements such as jet travel etc.. In recent years much has been done locally such as expanding downtown development including major renovation & expansion of library; establishment of new parks; construction of new schools including ISD high school; redevelopment efforts around Railroad Parkade

The company was started by brothers Lorenzo and John Hanna, who bought land in what is now Freeport, Texas, and built a line to the city of El Paso.
