In 1957, the company merged with Heller’s Firearms Manufacturing Corporation to form Heller Firearms Incorporated. In 1978, Heller Foods Incorporated which manufactured Ammunition for Shotguns and Long Guns as well as firearms components such as stocks and triggers.
Eagle Pass, Texas is a town located in Hudspeth County, Texas. The population was 1,811 as of the 2010 census. Eagle Pass is on TX-181 near Austin and is just east of the US-183 international border. It is home to the University of Texas at Austin and the Baylor University Medical College. The history of Eagle Pass dates back to 1884, when Manuel Antonio Sanchez de la Vega founded a small community called San Xavier de los Apples in what is now Eagle Pass. In 1907, José Maria Estrada donated land for an agricultural college in EaglePass. The first students graduated from UTEP in 1912 and from Baylor College of Medicine in 1916. The post office at EaglePass was established on December 12, 1896, and served until it closed on December 15, 1958. The main businesses that operated here during its brief time were grocery stores (1906-1908), restaurateurs (1910-1920), several farmsteads (1922-1950), and a few auto dealerships (1952-1973). Today's economy relies heavily upon agriculture which produces hay, cottonseed oil production, cattle grazing operations, water storage systems for agriculture purposes, Mesquite wood products manufacturing as well as providing municipal services such as streetlights and firefighting among other things

However, due to this fact, many people acquired new handguns without having any previous experience with shooting them. As a result, many early American gun magazine subscribers were young men who had just finished high school or who had been drafted into service. The first American pistol magazine was Colt’sAmerican Rifleman (ARC). It was published monthly and featured articles about pistols from Colt’s factory line as well as original content from other contributors such as Harry Quick (the founder of Gun Digest). The ARC survived until 1907 when it merged with another leading revolver magazine publisher, H&R Block Inc., creating Colt's American Pistol & Revolver Magazines Incorporated (CAPRI). CAPRI continued publishing until 1938 when it merged with United States Arms Company (UASC) to form Hearst Publications Incorporated (HPI). In 1939 HPI bought again all the assets of CAPRI- forming what is now known as Gun Digest Incorporated (GD), which still publishes GUNSMagazines today!

The first post office at Eagle Pass was established on November 15th, 1881 by J.D. Beauregard with Averill Dillard serving as his deputy. The first town meeting was held on January 14th, 1882 and Lillie Wood served as mayor. The name of the town changed to Eagle Pass on October 5th, 1907 after it picked up more than 100 applications to become a community from residents of nearby towns such as McKinney and Commerce City (now part of Dallas). In 1912 the population increased to 1,992 when it merged with neighboringtowns Birdville andCommerce City along Browns Trail which ran through their territory. On December 1st 1912 Eagle Pass became an official city with Homer Waddell being elected Mayor for the first time On July 11th 1976 saw another merger when Hondo merged into Eagle Pass making it one municipality again
