Eagle Pass, Texas is home to one of the most unique and impressive binoculars collections in the country. The city was founded by pioneer farmers in 1876, and has been a center for optics since then. In 1888, Eagle Pass became the first town in what is now Panhandle County to become a stop on the Butterfield Overland Mail route. Today, Eagle Pass remains an important manufacturing and retail center for optics products. The history of binoculars begins with primitive tools used by Native Americans to view nature at close range. By 1800, Europeans were using binoculars as navigation tools and hunting tools. By 1830, two Englishmen had built a small telescope in Eagle Pass that could be viewed from many miles away. This early tool did not provide good magnification but it did allow people to see details far beyond those available through smaller instruments such as telescopes or microscopes. One of the earliest American manufacturers of high-quality optical equipment was Brown & Williamson (now known as Browning). They began making telescopes and other optical items in 1875 and soon became well known for their quality products. One reason they were so successful was their focusrite ANDOVEX BINOCULAR Dobsonian eyepieces which allowed users to adjust magnification without having to remove the eyepiece from its housing. Their focusrite eyepieces remain some of the best-selling optical products today! In 1898, they introduced their first 10x objective lens which offered excellent performance at a fraction of the cost of other options at that time! This new product allowed people to capture views up to 10 times greater than ever before! In 1907, Brown & Williamson merged with Remington Arms Company (now part of Ruger) creating one of America’s largest firearms dealerships! At this time, optics sales accounted for 50% or more of all firearm sales! Because rifles such as shotguns were often sold together with optics gear such as binoculars and telescopes, it is hard to track just how much optic sales there were during this period – but it must have been significant! It is interesting to note that since then optic sales have steadily grown alongside firearms sales – reaching over 60% today according to US Census data!). Around this time too,Brown & Williamson began producing innovative tubes called “binoculors” which provided better resolution down To 1/6th inch compared to earlier tubes (and still offer great viewing performance today)! These new tubes quickly gained favor among opticians because they allowed users greater flexibility when adjusting magnification while keeping image clarity top priority! As technology progressed over these years, brown&wesson continuedto develop innovative tube technologies which would later come into use in digital camera design!] After World War II ended hostilities in 1945*, Optics production returned back full throttle at Brown & Williamson*!! In 1948 we introduced our very first 5x power Binocular Telescope** [*This scope Sadly no longer available] !!! We continue making top quality optics products until present day !!!

Eagle Pass, Texas is a small town in Hudspeth County, Texas, United States. The population was 3,545 at the 2010 census. Eagle Pass is located on the Republican River, about 15 miles (24 km) south of Austin and 12 miles (19 km) east of Midland. The first Europeans to visit what is now Eagle Pass were traders and trappers who charted the way in 1827 while exploring the Great Plains for new routes to Mexico City. In 1881, John Wesley Powell explored Eagle Pass and named it after General James Humble’s headquarters at nearby Midland during his expedition up the Colorado River. A post office was established at Eagle Pass in 1886; it was discontinued in 1907. The first store in Eagle Pass opened in 1906 when Wm. Frail built a store and restaurant on Main Street between First Street and Ulysses S. Grant Boulevard. In 1912 two churches were founded—the Baptist Church of God's Planetship which served as a meeting place for German immigrants living around Austin until World War II, and an Italian Methodist church which operated from 1913 until 1945 before being sold to friends of Mrs. Lillian Cunningham who moved it into her home on Congress Avenue NW., near Interstate 35W.; this church still operates as an active parish today with services held every day except Good Friday morning due to construction across I-35W.). In 1915 Jens Petersen started farming acres northeast of town along US 95 where he grew corn, cotton, haystack oats, rice and other crops until his death in 1933; his son also ranched there until his death four years later leaving a farm that continues operations today known as “Petersen” Farm & Ranch #1 LLC., registered with Hudspeth County Agricultural Commissioner Wayne Meeks Jr.. The original Post Office building stood west of present day Third Street NE., near what is now Ugly Creek Drive SW.; it was destroyed by fire on January 11th 1956 following tornado damage caused by severe thunderstorms that swept through the area preceding that date; however replacement structures were erected within days including a one story wooden frame structure visible today southwest corner of Fourth Street NE., just north of I-35W./ It seems even small towns can have their share of meteorological marvels! On January 25th 1948 large hailstone pieces measuring some 10 inches (.25 m) by 6 inches (.15 m) fell out from overcast sky onto popular tourist destination La Paz Springs Golf Course damaging several cars parked therein resulting not only did many customers leave but also several holes were plugged leading to speculation that something larger than an inch long had fallen from the sky! As if this wasn’t enough curiosity seekers began parking their autos adjacent thereto throughout February trying vainly to spot whatever mystery object had caused so much excitement! A search party consisting mostly local farmerslake cowboys led by Roy Tillery managed finally to find what turned out to be an enormous rock or boulder weighing perhaps 50 pounds (23 kg), initially thought to be simply another piece of hailstone folklore! After further investigation it turned out not just another rock but actually partNEWSITE OF ROCKS AND BOLTS THAT APPEARED IN EAGLE PASS ON SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE YEARS BEFORE!!! By all accounts this event generated quite a stir among locals who became eagerly awaiting its return each time such an appearance could be observed; indeed during subsequent years numerousrock detections have been made throughout most portions OF THE COUNTY BY LOCAL CLERKS!!

The town was founded by Mormons in 1867 as a supply depot for their wagon trains. The area was originally part of the Apache Nation, but was ceded to the United States in 1881 after a shootout at Fort Sumner. Eagle Pass quickly became one of the most important railroad towns in Central America due to its location close to both Mexico and El Paso, TX. In 1915, Eagle Pass became the first town in Texas to be incorporated as a city. The city began experiencing rapid growth during World War II when soldiers stationed there created jobs manufacturing munitions and other war supplies. During this time, Eagle Pass also saw increased activity with the construction of Route 66 (now I-10) running through town. However, development stopped following 1990s recession when oil prices collapsed andemplated restrictions on building near drinking water resources halted new development. The current incarnation of Eagle Pass is largely unchanged from when it first developed as a small Mormon town during the 1800s; however, its history has been thrust into high gear due to recent events which have taken place within its borders: In 2014, Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto address residents of nearby Ciudad Juárez about plans for what he called “the great migration” – an initiative that would see more than 1 million people migrate northward over the next several years under programs designed to reduce crime and improve public safety among those making the move. As news spread across Mexico about Operation Northwoods – a secret plan by then-President Richard Nixon to use violence against prominent Mexican targets – many residents began anticipating similar measures from U.S. president Barack Obama’s administration should things go south with Nieto’s regime following his election victory two years later in November 2014."
